Check the media section of the SK site. Check the bottom left screenshot. The sealed sword there is the old, green version. A lot of these images have been there for a long time, too. Interesting.... :P

Oh, and the About is old. This is a beta image, and on top of that, it lies in a way. See this excerpt:

False with all the missions floating around, giving you the same thing, ain't it? Meh, just something I wanted to point out.

I believe that fully purple/pink proto gear was the old jelly armor. Just like the guy dressed like a skeleton was the old Skelly set.

Biznasty tells me a lot of stories about the beta days and it just makes me wish I was around for them. I joined in the beginning of September in 2011 as a Steam user. I missed out on a lot of amazing stuff.

Yes, I think that is the old angelic.

Oh yeah, and menders used to be able to attack. They had a ranged ember bold and a smack thing. The smacking was terrible in T2/T3 because it went sooo fast. Some people reported dieing without warning.

Menders were nerfed, right?

Attacking Healers used to fight in official game, correct? cuz i think i remeber some of it. but i think it was just a little while that they attacked and then were nerfed.
(i came around a few days prior to most nerfing)

That wierd thing sticking out of the head was obviously a makeshift halo before they had the resources or time to fully implement a glowing partical/light effect.

If I remember correctly, healers never could attack. The only exception to this was a bug, where they swung their 'staff'/wrenches and managed to deal damage to knights...............
