People want to upgrade the sword but not the battle stand and this guy doesnt even mention the shield.
They dont deserve it for that.

the whole point of it was that it was a unique weapon, and if you wanted the lionheart, it encouraged you to work harder, why should the people who were not around during the event be able to get them?, this would defeat the purpose of anything being unique, also the posts name is pathetic and pleading, if you would have just given info on what your idea was, well that would have been much better.

This is just like the ground breaker set. Its a "collectors item" or more likely for Vets showing that you were at this event when it happened.

That makes the suggestion horrible.
Reason 1 needs details on how it will be harmed
Reason 2 seems legit, but it's your problem. I have the ascended blade and I turned into Vanguard after a week
Reason 3 is horrible because asking for leveling it up is like upgrading a limited exclusive into an even more exclusive. Will there be recipes? If so, then this idea is very stupid, especially if it's free.
Reason 4 is not true. There isn't a troop of Spiral knights protesting for it
Reason 5 is your own problem
Reason 6 is invalid

First, this has been suggested bazillion times before. And has been debated months ago. And the result is always : NO. I don't want to sound like a jerk, but this won't happen because it shouldn't.

Because it is a celebratory weapon, given to people who already achieved a specific rank. They don't know your status, either you are traveling, eating, sleeping or even dead..they just gave it to people who deserve it. Now tell me please, what is the purpose of these gear in your opinion ? Whatever you answer, I will do it for you. They are given as a gift for veteran players, awarding them for the missions they finished from ages...thus, they won't make it upgrade-able because that will remove its main purpose Which is : Awarding old players.
Although it won't do physical harm, but it will cause, Us, a psychological harm, because we will feel like we are nothing to OOO, and they only care for new players, OR Lazy players like ... who didn't finish the missions for a specific reason. And can you please state, what is the "more more more more" ? I don't have any idea about that, other than you WANT and just WANT it.
Enough with these threads.
