What I have is ASI Medium UV on Voltedge, Chaos set fire med on both piece, elite slash module and SSB....
I honestly expected it to lose its penalty or the penalty gets less (low penalty, currently med penalty).
But this is too overpowered, you can get MAX CTR MAX DMG and High ASI without any UVs on ALL WEAPONS.

It now has CTR Med, DMG Med per piece.
Also it will effect on the market of SK.
Price of CTR UV will go down, price of Magic set with UVs will go up a lot.

The full skolver/snarb set have ONLY DMG++ for ONLY Swords, and THAT have wolver's DMG+ for ALL weps, and CTR- for ALL weps.

IMO
it's either 000 removes some nega-res from mad bomber, or add more nega-res on Choas, or Better both!
Make all those back stabbing bombers PAY MUAHAHAHAHAHAH... i mean cr for uv rolling :3
That's not OP, that's being smart with your gear. I would have to see the bare Chaos set before judging whether it is OP.
