I've mentioned multiple times before on and off the podcast about how cool it would be to have a convention for Spiral Knights.
I do realize that (1) Spiral Knights is an international game and so it would be tough to accommodate a huge host of the player base and (2) no such convention will probably ever happen.
Even so, I'd be interested to see if anyone else finds this thought interesting. Perhaps hold it in different countries year by year (US, then Europe, then...).
I figure that you'd have panels from artists (Cherub, El-Sato, etc.), game designers (Nick, Curio, etc.), or community members (AiD, Arsenal, etc.). Booths or meet-ups where we could meet other people from the community. Spiral Knights merchandise.
Anyone have any thoughts... this is just me putting my initial ideas on paper. ?
Probably isn't a good idea, seeing as it would be rather hard to fill up a convention center with all of the eight people who developed the game.
Anyways, I would like to see unique costumes/accessories for attending Spiral Con, like the PAX bombhead.
