Arc Razor should be 4 star, and Spur be 3 star. Boost Damage values accordingly.
In the same light, Heavy Deconstructor should be 5 star, and the Deconstructor be 4 star and upgrade from the 3* Super Blast Bomb.
The 5* upgrade to the winmillion... (heehee)...

I'm scared that they'll take this advice, but try to "fix" something, and we'll get shard bombs mark two with winmillion, which would be awful.

Truthfully though, winmillion does still need to be fixed. It makes wolvers and fiends dodge and doesn't do full damage in PvP because of the bullets.

There is a difference this time. Shard bombs used to be top-tier weapons and became bottom-tier weapons. Winmillion is a bottom-tier weapon already. How much worse could it possible get?

It's also a weak "obsolete" weapon.
If you really wanna split hairs, we could always have them wipe the existing spurs and dole out UV tickets in light of this change.
