Hey, I don't really know how to edit the wiki so I figured I'd just point it out here.

Right now the only gun in the Magnus line noted to have a blast radius is the Iron Slug, this is misleading as the Callahan, and the Mega Magnus both have the ability to hit multiple monsters on impact as well. Although it appears to be easier to do this with the mega magnus than the callahan, suggesting the callahan might have a reduced blast? I can't recall if the Magnus has one, but will be making another one soon for a friend and will be able to check on that.

I don't have an iron slug so I can't test if there is a difference in the blast, but I do feel it's really misleading to say that the Iron Slug has one while leaving it off on the other guns.

All guns have small splash

All guns have small splash damage, really. Just wiki editors aren't terribly consistent.

Admittedly, we're limited by

Admittedly, we're limited by what guns we own. If you'd like to add that info, Bluestar- with an exact wording based on your own experiences- it would really help make the player-created wiki better.

Thanks!

It's only good on Wolvers. No

It's only good on Wolvers. No general usage applicable.

All guns have a tiny blast

All guns have a tiny blast radius. The Magnus series just has a significantly bigger one. (Though not big enough to really handle a group.)

I think maybe the blast

I think maybe the blast radius increases as the gun levels up, my Callahan is maxed out now and it hits groups of 2-3 (when close together) pretty reliably. I haven't seen the Iron Slug yet, so I have no input onto whether Callahan and Iron Slug have different blast radiuses or not.

I'm not really sure I want to try to update the wikipedia though, my perception of how things work can be screwy, and the only other gun I have used is the Volt Driver too so I have no frame of reference to accurately make judgements on what it has that others guns don't.

Magnus/Mega Magnus/Callahan

Works exceeding well against Gremlins, Zombies, Healer Wings, Chromalisks and Wolvers. I'd rather take a Magnus series to Deconstructive Zones, Jigsaw Valley, Wolvers Den paths than a Silversix/Argent Peacemaker. The stun knock down helps slow the advance of Zombies and Gremlins. Stun knock down is great for interrupting Gremlin Healers and Bombers. Great for picking off Healers that hide in brambles. I use the Argent Peacemaker more for construct paths and Gun Puppies. For beasts, I'd rather take them out with a Flourish line sword.

As far as blast radius goes, I don't really see much difference about the impact radius for Magnus/Mega Magnus/Callahan. The major difference I do see is projectile travel distance. You can basically hit more than one target if the targets are close together and have a decent size mass. This includes the use of single bullets from the Antigua line or even a thrown vial. Higher tier Gremlins and Chromalisks have greater cubic mass. Thus, the blast radius has more overlapping mass to impact for larger targets.

I don't have need for an Iron Slug since I have a level 10 Callahan, and several other 5* guns. Since the 5/17 patch made high level crafting more costly and binding, I need to limit recipe experimentation.

Another mistake

It's said that Callahan can stun the user, which is false. The charge cannot stun the user, neither can regular shots. I can't seem to edit this page either, so whoever can should change that.

On a side note the Callahan is the best piercing gun, it's good for anything that is weak to piercing so saying it's only good against Wolvers is a big generalization.

Actually no, it doesn't TECHNICALLY say it can stun the user, that was just the description.

If the description is

If the description is misleading/confusing, you might try adding a note to the buggy items/recipes thread:

Actually

I finally was able to edit the page and took out that it said "Can stun user" from the Charge Attack section. I understand what the description said, I wasn't talking about that but I should've been more clear about what exactly I was talking about.

I've never used the Iron Slug myself but guild members have told me it's the same blast radius as the Callahan, and a ton of people are thinking about the Iron Slug because it says there's a blast radius that the Callahan doesn't have, when it's around the same size as most 5* guns. Anyone want to confirm this?

Iron Slug

Iron slug does seem to have a small blast radius....slightly larger than mega Magnus I would say. It also does NOT stun enemy or user. On a side note, it does pathetic damage in tier 3. All this information is fromexperience using it. I can confidently say that this is THE worst gun in the game, even worse than volcanic pepperbox. Trust me, you don't want to waste 150k crowns on this.
