@Brother-Zeke I believe Bustware recognized that I used a German word; the word "ja" is "yes" in German.
@Hero I have some friends who are half Mexican, but most people would not know it when they see them. It is somewhat fun when they tell people they are Mexican, and the people don't believe them :D

Yeah, the nature decreases speed and increase attack. It's best stat is attack and defense anyway, and it's really slow, so I got the perfect 1/27 nature chance, the 1/2 chance of finding it in the water (I was conveniently looking for one), and the 1/4096 chance of finding the shiny in general. If I found the other pokemon in the water I would have gotten a repeat shiny since that's one of the 5 I have. Pretty lucky. Around a 1/221184 chance.

The best ability overall is either Magic Guard (the one that makes you immune to status and weather damage and Stealth Rock, moves like those) and Mold Breaker/Turboblaze/Teravolt. Or a Eelectross sice it already learns Levitate.

I got mine through the GTS. (I have Y, where you find Spritzees instead of Swirlixes.) I'm leveling him up to 51 so that he can learn the move Wish, which I want to have so that I can pass it onto a Plusle.
Funfact: Since this Swirlix one comes from Japan, I also have the Japanese Pokedex entry AND he gets a lot of extra exp. It also has the Japanese name...which I can neither read nor change... :\
