Now that we have Mini-Monsters and Gorgos, i think that more variety of Prestige Missions for every day would be more entertaining. I know that OOO said in the Compounds update that there were plans to add those new levels as missions but... When?

Prestiege missions would be nice, but I would prefer more Arcade and Vanguard+ content.

Theres no bigger plans about updates after pokemons, so i guess it will be bigger missions or prestige (not only dangers) update... or maybe Tortodrone? :D
I wish devs give us something like there.

Well, now we know where they are in their development timeline, exactly one year behind. (they mentioned dash/bash in that announcement, may 2012)
So expect anything like that announced to be their plan for the next year or so.
Which would be great to hear.
