My network is no problem, but every time I get into the gate, it will be stopped on loading scene and then I will be kicked out to log in scene.

If the server will not kick me to log in scene, I will be stopped on loading scene forever until I quit the game.

And If I do this, And I have to log in many times before I succeeded to log in. The message always shows that "You have been disconnected from the

server." And my character will log in the haven.

Other situation is that the game is too lag to enjoy the game or the character can not be controlled when I was in the gates.

It has been wasting my CE and my time for a long time. And I had paid for it!!!!

The character will be fine in Haven. What happens!!!???

Another severe problem is that I can NOT contact the GM.

No matter that I click the "support request" in game or link to https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail through Spiral Knights website.

The website is all blank!! Just like this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/194/abcku.png/

It's bothering me for a long time.

I do not think that your company is ready to provide the service which costs money. This game is not completed and it has lots of problems.

I am regretting that I had paid the money for it!

For the support page, make sure that Java Scripting is allowed by your browser. Also make sure that a security suite program is not blocking scripting for that web page. Once these are done, clear the browser's cache and Java cache and force a refresh on the page. If that doesn't work, please let us know!

It's not just happened to you

It's not just you, but it has happened to me. The exact same thing happens every time I try and load the arcade world or some other world other than Haven. It has been bugging me ever since I joined this game. I hope someone knows what to do so we can both play at ease. If I find out the problem and fix it, I'll let you know as well.

There's a Difference

There is though a small difference between our problems. Whenever I am loading the screen and get kicked off it says "unresponsive script" but it never says I have been disconnected. I still do go to the login area. But besides that, it is very similar to what you are experiencing. Like I said, I will find out as much as I can to solve this problem and then tell you. Plus, the game also lags continuously on my computer as well. I hope someone replies to this forum for your sake and mine as well because this is an epic game.
