Where 4* orbs are drop?

I need 4* orbs to craft 4* gear to complete a mission and rank up ( Hall of Heroes [ Tier 3 Clearance] )

Now i got 2 4* orb from missions but need to get 12 orb for full 4* gear .

Can somebody share with me some tips , tricks?
