I use Heart Attack fairly regularly, and people have been asking me things like "is Heart Attack actually useful?" and "does Heart Attack increase the chance of dropping pills, too?" and "does everyone get extra healing from Heart Attack or just you?" and all I can ever respond with is a noncommital shrug. I think making any hearts that drop due to it have a different border or color would help answer those questions for me.

YESS!!! and also the main attack is fairly weak in comparison to other battle sprites attacks. BUT THE KITTY IS THE CUTEST SO SCREW THE REST!
@AutoFire: That's actually not a bad idea, make it even more useful since health isn't all so useful unless you're in like Elite ShadowLairs.
We could also always make them look like Zelda Heart Containers.... ;3

Heart Attack is much like RuneScape's Ring of Wealth was. For the longest time, said Ring of Wealth, which helped you get better drops from killing monsters, never told players when it actually influenced the drops. As a result, people always wondered whether they should even bother with it, and all the fansites had to kill a bunch of mobs just to get stats on how the Ring affected drops. We might also have to do that with Heart Attack.
Now the Ring gives you a little message when it affects drops. Heart Attack can't do that, but it CAN make the hearts look different, encouraging people to use it instead of Ray of Light sometimes.
