The Gist: Guild Masters running around Danger Missions together

Objective: To promote your guild, to get to know other guilds, to show the stuff that your guild is made of, to have fun.

What this is: I've seen some really well-known guilds and I've seen some lesser-known guilds. LD guilds have their own LD competitions going on but what do CW guilds do? Nothing. Yet. See, I've gone through many danger mission runs and oftentimes, guild masters accompany a couple of their guildies. Through this, I've gotten to know some really great guilds and I've seen what they're like. What I'd like to happen is for guild masters to team up and go through a run of a danger mission together, then come back and tell us about the experience, summarize the run, explain the critical points and who did what, etc. Stories, jokes, intensity. Because the core of SK is the danger, where the team sees that it must band together to fight. Ordinary CW can be soloed, but Danger Missions (mostly) require teamwork, and that's where you can show what your guild does. You're not required to tell your guild secrets, but if a budding guild needs some help, it may be good to teach them a few tricks you learned. I'm not sure how else to explain what I'm expecting.

Signing Up: So if you've decided to go along with this crazy idea of mine, here's what I need in a post below or a mail to me (ign:Coelydragon). I need your name (or guild master's name if you aren't the guild master), guild name, guild motto (for fun), times available, Danger Mission you want to do (if you put "any mission" then also add how many runs you want to do), and at what difficulty. It's free! I don't expect money (donations are always welcome though), I expect fun. And as always, respect each other.

Then what? Once I get a run organized, I will post it here, or if you prefer I can mail it to you ingame or post it on your guild's recruitment page. Just let me know where to tell you. Then, once the run is done, come back here and tell us the story! What happened, who did what, what each guild seems like, critical points in the mission, most fun points, etc.

Not much time here. I haven't had enough time to get on SK so I haven't been able to mail Dr-Yoshuku yet. I'm going to be busy the next couple of days so I will be very grateful if someone could mail him for me. I'm willing to pay the mail fee if needed, to the first person to mail him and post down below that they did. If not, good luck to the three guild masters!

I think its a LITTLE biased for this to be 4-5 star only, there ARE lower tier Guild Masters, but its a good idea =D

I'm up for Elite. I only do Elite, but if Advance is what is what everyone like to do, I can manage it.

I'm Founder of Cydonia, Thank you for having me as well as thank you for hosting this event. I apologize for not been able to contact you with this information sooner.

I would also like to fix our quote that Dead-Walker made.. He did it to just troll and have gags.

Thanks. I know it's biased, but with good reason. This is a first so I'm treading softly on unknown ground. I wanted to have just T3 because I wanted a good chance at everyone being involved and T3 is the dominant CW guild tier. The other tiered guilds are often for LD as far as I know. Maybe next time around I'll do other tiers.

Well ...

Meeji sent me a friends request last Friday, as did Dead-Walker before his, er, accident, while Hollows sent me one the day of the event. Yoshuku never contacted me, but apparently Hollows knew him, as we were talking while waiting for everyone else.

Personally I would suggest sending a mail message to everyone, just so people have that reminder in their inbox. Include a physical place to meet (Haven 1 garden or something) to make absolutely sure people are encountering each other.

So here's the plan. Same people, Monday next week at the same time. You will meet at the far bottom right corner of Haven 1 Town Square below where people spawn from missions in order to separate yourselves and be easy to spot. Hang out there from 21:00 (GMT) to 21:05 unless all four of you arrive before the timeframe is over. Whoever is there can decide who will be the party leader for an advanced difficulty run of whatever danger mission it is.

Only one person arrives (within the timeframe): wait until the timeframe is over, then do whatever you like.
Two people arrive: head down to the mission lobby and wait a few minutes then start the first depth. Second depth is up to the two of you.
Three people arrive: do the run as if there were four people.
Four people arrive: it's all good. Do the run.

I don't know if you're all friends with each other. If you are, leave the party locked until needed. If not, then check every so often.

I think I'll give this idea a break for a while. I won't graveyard it yet, but I won't touch it or organize any more runs for a couple of months, just let it sit and see if I can think of a better way of doing this. Thanks for trying it out guys!
