So I've been playing the game for about a week now ( I think ) and today i found an item called True Love Locket.
It dropped off of a turret like monster, that shot hearts at me instead of ammo of any sort.
I mentioned this in my guild chat and town, and found out It's actually quite rare, and that i should be worried about being scammed over it.
Now I'm not a person who really values rarity, i know there are trinkets with the same stats, just different names, and thus am wondering what i should be doing with it.
When I've invested more time into the game ( I'm in full 4 star gear now ) I'd imagine i might really want to keep an item like this, but right now I'm pondering pawning it off, but I'm too afraid of being scammed to really go through with it.
Should i be looking in the 100k range? I have no idea of item value in this game, as i really haven't used the auction house much.
You're really this new to the game, and you've already found this item? If so, then congratulations.
As you've heard, True Love Lockets are functionally equivalent to Pentaheart Pendants, but much rarer. And they existed in the game long before Pentaheart Pendants. So, while practically speaking these items should command equal prices, there is probably an "elite collector class" among players who would value True Love Locket far above Pentaheart Pendant, just because it is rare and "original".
In any event, I don't know the price of such things. For price checks, you should really use the Bazaar forum. Please move this thread there (by editing the thread and choosing that forum from the drop-down menu).
