We're not really sure what Strangers are, actually. My personal guess is they're like the folks in Silent Hill; they exist to provide a veneer of normality. They also may or may not be operated by the Core to help the Knights open the Core.

I assume the Strangers are what Kora and such say they are, some star-faring race that established a mining outpost.
Anyway, I don't know any fan fiction characters (I wanted to write some myself but it seemed rude to drop my other project), so I'll just say every Skolver should be paired with the nearest other Skolver. If we run out of Skolvers, pair them with the nearest Snarby.
This of course raises the question, do Isoran children wear armor too?
And now that I think about it, why are we still doing this?
