Sonus walked away from the Morpha. "Looks like you all got this handled." He warped over to where Rusalka seeped into the ground. "Ill take care of you!" He then launched a close range sound wave that broke the ground under him. " Yo! Where ever you just went, come and fight me.

"The demons that burn and the water that cools." Sonus heard Desidia chanting behind him. "Idiot. Chanting isn't going to make it go faster." Sonus said under his breath.

Kirby dodged the burn at the last second. "HYA!" Kirby used Sword Ability to hit Samantha

Link ran up to paintra. And smirked as he threw a bomb in her mouth then sliced her.

Joshua crawled out of the vault, What year was it? It looked like 2014. But it wasn't... Armed with his gun he looked through a portal. He jumped into it and landed on the Iron Skull.

Cosmo smiled at the battle. He was winning, "Squirtle use Water Gun!" But his victory lasted not very long. As Thieves started going into the Arena.

"Good sir I offer my service to you in order to protect this kingdom. My team is working as we speak on destroying the robots that are outside the castle. My name is Messorem."

Messorem bows at Mario. "Pleasure to be of service."

Sonus warped over to Desidia and slapped him on the back of his head.

"Owwww!"

"Oh like you really felt that! How many times to I have to tell you? Chanting dumb words does not help!" Sonus said getting ready to slap him again.

"Oh come on, it makes me feel cool."

"It makes you look dumb." Sonus said with a look of satisfaction. "And the words you say dont make you sound cool ether. Is your domain set up yet? Swear to god it takes forever."

Desidia punches Sonus in the arm. "Yes its done know."

Desidia got on one knee and put both of his hands on the ground. There was a rumble in the cave as steel came out of the ground and covered the cave walls and floor with steel it stopped once most of the cave was steel. Desidia walked over to one of the walls. A steel rod grew out of it and Desidia pulled it out of the wall. He pointed it at Morpha. About 5 sharp rods of steel came out of the walls aiming for Morpha's core.

"You're in my domain now." Desidia let out a quick yawn and looked over to Sonus. "Can you give me a piggyback ride after this? Im going to be too tired to walk."

But first, it's been a while since your last adventure, would you like me to refresh you on the controls? YES/NO"

The Koopas were flung towards where the vial landed, some of them were sent on their side, but they soon got back onto their feet and continued towards the castle

"Oooh," he said, seemingly forgetting about not being able to shock the Minotaur anymore, "Can we SHOCK them? Bah, I'm not going to wait two posts to SHOCK them, I'm going to SHOCK them anyway." he raised his hands as lightning came out of them towards the guards

--Kurduhm, Profiteur's Warehouse--

Another vision came to Erk. Whoever has this memory seemingly was at a meeting in a white room, and the people attending came in all shapes and sizes. If Erk looked at his hand during this dream, he would notice that his left hand was robotic and his right was not. (He's someone from earlier in the RP) "Well," said someone in a mask and a coat, hiding their whole body, "It's been the 17th time we have to go back in time again to attempt to stop him from being reborn into the multiverse again."

"Are we celebrating an anniversary or something?" said a guy I can't think of any details for

"You said that the 12th time we prepared to go back in time."

"Look, it's hard to come up with new things however many times, ok?"

"*Sigh,* Well, any ideas anyone?"

"I say we enlist the help of the gods and goddesses we helped!" said some raccoon

"Good idea, I can't believe we haven't tried that before.

"Ooh! Ooh! A laser cannon with extra lasers!" said some girl. The guy I can't think of any details for proceeded to morph into a laser cannon with extra lasers.

The person with the mask sighed, before another vision came.

In this vision, his hands had white gloves while his sleeves were black. (The magican) "Please, don't kill them!" said the one who the memory belonged to, "I'll do anything, anything!"

"If you really will do anything, then kill the ones I send you after!" said a strange orb

"I'll do it! Just don't kill them."

"Good. I will teleport you nearby to them..."

And then it went to another vision.

In this one, Erk would not be able to recognize the person's hands if he looked at them, due to the fact that when Erk (Or anyone for that matter) saw him, he looked a lot different. (And I mean A LOT. Telling you who it is would be spoilers) The person with the memory seemed to be in some ancient ruins, in the center was a strange object, that seemed to destroy the light around it. A voice came in the distance saying "Where have you gone now?" The person seemingly ignored that and reached for the object, and upon touching it, flashing colors and pictures into the persons brain at a very fast speed, which went into their memory thus seen by Erk. The person with the memory became in deep pain. And then, everything went black, when Erk went into whatever Doctorspacebar makes his next vision...

--Kurduhm, Residential District--

"YAAAAAAAAH!" said a voice from above as a girl with light blue hair from the vision Erk had came from the sky, "Hey, this doesn't look like a wall!" She then turned towards Soteka, Akuma, Mekito, Torghast, and Obakun, "Hey guy with a sword whip, two demons, and two other guys that are probably evil that I should kill then see what colors of hair dye I can make out of them, do you know how to get to some south wall? I was supposed to go there."

--Kurduhm, Southern Wall--

Praetorian MKII grabbed the chain and pulled hard on it, in attempt to get Shiki down (Or possibly obtain and destroy his hammer) before getting hit by Uther, but could have cared less about that

Suddenly, four meteorites fell down releasing swarmlings, and in the middle of where they struck, Iurbak appeared. "I thought I might as well get a front row seat to the downfall of this city, perhaps I shall help the downfall," he said, "Yea- Wait a second... What is another fragment doing here? I don't want to become whole, I'm out of here, but not before killing you all."

The rock beneath Iurbak lifted up, and then a giant ooze came from one side of the wall because I'm too lazy to think of a creative boss right now, so you can have this.

The giant ooze summoned slime minions, which attacked Shiki, Uther, and Praetorian MKII, who sliced any that came too close, and then charged Shiki

"WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU UGLYS?" said Morpha, "YOU'RE GOING TO GET YOURSELF KILLED IF YOU KEEP MAKING SO MUCH NOISE! AND NOW YOU TURNED THIS PART OF OUR CAVE TO WHAT YOU UGLYS USE IRON FOR? YOU MAKE ME SICK!"

The tentacle went around the thunder and wasn't affected by the hammer, the steel wing, or the solarbeam. Morpha made a whole in it's body, making both the sapper and the rocket go through and hit each other. "Ha! You uglys are so s- GAH!" said Morpha as it was sent out of it's body by a steel rod, and proceeded to start hopping back towards the body, which strangely was still moving

Rusalka used that one overpowered water attack on everyone nearby as she rose out of the ground with 3 mirror clones. One of them went over to the teleporter and grabbed it, the others attacked.

--Tower of Turrets, F5--

I wooshed out of the way of the beams of the spirits when a brilliant idea came to mind. Quickly, I threw a thing (Curiosity Core) and another one of those things (Pyromania Turret) towards separate holy lights of holiness

"AAAAAARGH!" Plague Knight was about to throw flasks at the koopas... and then he saw something.

"Is that an AIRSHIP?!" Immediately forgetting about the robot Koopas, Plague Knight began leaping up across buildings using explosive flasks, eventually leaping high enough to grab onto the bottom of the airship. "MINE! I WANT AN AIRSHIP! I want one that makes Propeller Knight's airship look like it SUCKS! HEE HEE HEE HEEEEE!"

--Kurduhm, West Portal Sector--

Rick fired his Orange portal across to the roof of the Capitol building.

"Ah! I see your plan." Dan looked through Rick's blue portal. "Your gun shall create a gate upon the stone, that we may get to the building with haste!"

"And break our legs?" Cecilia looked through the portal. "If I stepped through there, I'd slip and fall off the roof."

"Nah, I can place another portal." Rick leapt through the portal...

--Kurduhm, Capitol Building Exterior--

The first guard took Vhytel's attack, falling over dead.

On the other side of the building, Rick leapt out of his portal, slid down the side of the roof, leapt down to the ground, and quickly placed an orange portal closer to the ground. "All right, they're on the other side of the building! Go, go, go!"

Cecilia got her bearings, checking the terrain for potential retreat avenues. "All right. Amy, how many of them are there?"

"Four! ...I think."

"You think?! Amy, we need answers!"

"Four! Definitely four," Amy stammered, "Unless they got a new guy."

"May the Maker stand with us..." Walton started running around the building. Helena was quick to follow him, revving up a small steam engine connected to a curious tin coil.

"FOR KURDUHM! FOR NEW FITZEN!" Dan leapt into the air, his steampack propelling him through the air...

"HEY, WATCH WHERE YOU'RE GOING!"

Dan veered to the side to avoid the Cyborganic Turbo-Minotaur. "Salutations! Have you a plan?"

"WE'RE- ahem... We're pulling a pincer attack. There's a powerful robot in there that's armed with light ammo. Those guards were just about to get called in..." Turbo roared, "THEY WILL PAY FOR THEIR ACTIONS AGAINST KURDUHM!"

"CHAAAAARGE!"

--Kurduhm, Southern Wall--

"EGAD!"

Uther leapt backward. "Zounds, but that's an enormous beast! ...no matter! With this blade of sheerest force, I shalt cleave thee in twain, a hundred times over! ...actually, I had best draw my hammer."

Uther stowed his energy sword and drew a light force hammer. "Allow it not to split! Strike this foe with bludgeoning damage, and drive it forever from our borders!"

--Kurduhm, Capitol Building, Secure Bunker Exterior--

Engie twiddled his thumbs. "Any second now..."

"Sir! They've reached the door!"

Engie looked at the second door guard. "Is the rest of the building empty?"

"Yessir!"

"Hell, why weren't you back? Did anyone call you?"

"We were just about to get called back! The other guy, he stayed back to..."

"I see." Engie lifted his Rescue Ranger. "Right. Get in formation behind the secret door. Once ya hear this fella chatterin' bout space or otherwise know we're a-fightin', y'all are gonna open it up. Then about a hundred men are gonna open fire on them damn fools with automatic light-based weapons."

"And if they find the door?"

"It'll open anyway and we'll still have 'em in a pincer attack."

"Understood." The guard opened the secret door, then slipped into formation as the door closed, looking like the rest of the wall.

This bunker's entrance was in a fortified tunnel, protected with high-end anti-phasing systems that couldn't be penetrated by magic or machine. The only weak point was the door, which could take a beating, but not as much of one as the rest of the tunnel. The entrance to the tunnel was hidden behind the silverware shelf in the kitchen, which was on the side of the banquet hall.

--Kurduhm, Ironbound Shelter--

Alf cracked open the door to the guest room. "You two okay in there?"

--Kurduhm, Concealed Cave--

The teleporter teleported.

No, really. It teleported out of the Rusalka clone's hands and back to DeRosa, now fully operational. What, you thought 'teleporter' just meant it teleported other people?

"Agh!" Severa gritted her teeth as she was hit by Rusalka's Dark Flow. Claptrap, Spy and Skarmory dodged the attack, DeRosa took it with ease (and gained a Brave Point from Revenge), and it wasn't very effective on Jumpluff, but Severa took a nasty injury from it.

Meanwhile, Profiteur's henchmen were running away. "Quick, take the teleporter! This cave is lost!"

"Of course." DeRosa drew his sword. "Now!"

Spy rolled back to the teleporter, soaking wet from the spray of water, to follow the rest of the team through. The teleporter was set to only admit beings that were not entirely composed of liquids, but otherwise allowed DeRosa, Severa, Wes, his Pokemon, Claptrap, Spy, Sonus, Desidia, Cynthia, Lance, the Inkling, and basically anyone that wasn't Rusalka or Morpha. Once everyone was through, it exploded.

--Kurduhm, Underground Vault--

"Haah!"

Wes found himself flying out of a rift in time and space, Skarmory skidding to a halt next to him. "Urgh... was the teleport supposed to be this rough?!"

"Of course not, and it wouldn't have if those monsters hadn't bothered us." DeRosa walked out from behind a hallway; he and Severa had landed around a bend in a dead end.

"Ugh... what a pain." Severa stowed her Hammer. "Nothing we had worked on the-OOF!"

Severa had just been struck by Claptrap coming out of the rift. "Sorry, minion!"

"...pfft. It's not your fault."

"Where do we go?" Spy uncloaked, with Jumpluff floating behind him. "Here, we've got a four-way intersection... over that way is a large gate."

"I'd advise not opening that gate. That gate is not only made of Ultima Mithril, but puts us right in the middle of Kurduhm's..." DeRosa took just a moment to think of something more menacing than the truth, which was that the gate would take them to Kurduhm's fish market. "...execution grounds. A macabre place, that."

"Sounds like it."

"The only other way..." DeRosa pointed down a dark, dank hallway... "...is that way. Watch your step... there may be traps."

That hallway would lead to a bend, then a fork... but at the bend, would the party spot the dangerous frost jet trap hidden in the wall?

--Kurduhm, Profiteur's Warehouse--

What had that been? Erk racked his brain for who it could have been... the magician was coerced into fighting them, though. If only he'd known...

There was one more vision, one more memory... whose was this? Erk looked at 'his' hand. It was... small. A child's hand.

Then a voice... a little girl's voice. "Mama? ...Papa?"

Who was this? Around him, Erk noticed an impoverished orphanage... the child was crying now. Erk could see tears rolling through his vision.

And then a lock of pink hair waved in front of the child's face.

This is Serra's memory.

But... why was she crying? Wait, obviously it's because her parents are missing, you nitwit.

This was the last memory Erk would see. He woke up with a start.

"So... these were memories. Of people I've seen before... why did this happen?"

Erk felt a slight pain in his hand... that was it! The Inquisitor's mind-reading had done something to his brain...

Serra was snoring in the other bed. Was she... abandoned by her parents? Why hadn't Erk heard about this? Oh, wait, I never asked...

"The magician was coerced... perhaps I'll talk to him. And... someone I know is a criminal, or at least associated with a criminal. Pheramore toxin..." What was Pheramore toxin? He'd ask Profiteur... no, he couldn't trust anyone. He'd check the library.

--Tower of Turrets, Fifth Floor--

"Ooh, look! Why is that orb shining? Is that a dead turret? How did it die?"

"HEEEEE! This orb is glowing..." The Pyromania Core began cackling. "Wonder if it can SET ANYTHING ON FIRE?!"

The Spectral Turrets surrounded Nylocke. "Do not run from us! We... we must fight!"

"One more core to go... I'll take care of the turrets once you've done that."

"The planet is WHAT?!" Upsilon definitely heard it. The planet was going to blow in an hour.

Upsilon looked up at the Iron Skull.

Its spatial armor was closing.

"HEY!" Upsilon shouted through his mic. "I'm getting up there! Wait!"

"Afraid not. I've been looking to get rid of you Sanguine Tide morons for the longest time... now I've got the best excuse to!" The mic connection shut off. Claymorte had well and truly abandoned Upsilon on a planet that was about to blow.

"GET BACK HERE! You... YOU THREW ME UNDER THE BUS!"

Eta and Theta noticed the portal. "That was the fastest hour I've seen, Doc. That was, what, a minute? Is your clock right?"

"BigsiswehavetorunwehavetorunNOW!"

"Right!" Eta rolled toward the portal. "Everyone! Get in this portal, quick!"

Upsilon turned toward the duo. Enough of Claymorte's nonsense. Enough of Death's Arm! "Hey, wait for me!" Upsilon followed Eta and Theta through the portal to CaveLand...

--Luna, Skies--

"Hmm..." Claymorte grinned wide, a wicked glee visible across his entire stature. "400 Credits? That's a tenth of the price of your competitors... I would gladly accept such a price. I'll take a hundred things of gas for 40000 credits, please."

Orange waved his sword to the side, intentionally getting too close to both of them. "We deal with this now, and Then you can fight." He looked at them with an angered expression on his face, glaring particularly at Kirby, before charging at Paintra DX with an upward spin slash.

Sarah (somehow) was sitting up on one of the higher shelves, reading, or rather skimming, through a large book she found. Zack was sitting under her shelf, reading a book of his own. "Hm?" He looked up from the book and noticed Alf in the doorway. "Oh, yes. We're fine."

"Actually," Sarah was still half-skimming, half-flipping through pages. "I was wondering where we could get something to drink? Not that I'm thirsty right now, just for later use."

Soteka pointed towards the Southern Wall, before he and Asura ran towards Obakun as Mekito and Akuma went to Torghast. Metal clashed and sparks flew as the fighters flashed around the crater, each side trying to outlast the other.

--Kurduhm, Capitol Building--

"Wait, weren't we supposed to prote- Oh screw it." Dryder jumped through the portal after Dan, landing next to the others.

Genevra flaps down next to Arkhov. "Well, you can't say anything to him that'll provoke a response, and- No, I'm not gonna tell him that!"

"Why not?" Vhytel backed up to them. "You've said stupider stuff before."

"Because, I-" Arkhov sees Turbo and the others charging towards them. "It's the Manly Minotaur from Genevra's story!"

Genevra turned to Vhytel with a smug look on her face. He rolled his eyes, "Fine, you win this one," and tossed a dark matter chunk at Genevra, which she gladly ate.

"That must be them!" Dryder's hand turned into an energy buster as he fired off light energy shots at them. Arkhov raised shadow hands to take the shots, but before he could counter back, several black pods rained down between the Immortals and the Light Brigade (kudos to those who get it).

From one of the pods, an android similar in appearance to Dryder came out. This one, however, has most of the color found on Dryder replaced with a dull grey, the marking on it's torso replaced by 8 checkered lights, and one horn broken near the base. The blade on it's arm was partially replaced with a minigun attachment, as half of a similar blade rested under it. The lights started flashing upwards from the left side, as the android itself seemingly booted up. "Ah, Dryder. We meet again."

"Vortak?! I should have known you'd follow us here. What, Acratus not good enough for your brand of crazy?"

"Enough talk. Let's get down to business." Vortak extended his claw hand to the side, causing most of the pods to release hordes upon hordes of Shadow Spawn (humanoid Dark Mooks. Go ahead and say you destroyed some. Some, okay? Not all.), who all lined up behind him.

Vhytel wasn't sure to trust this one. "What's all this about?" He looked at Arkhov and Genevra, who were just as confused as him. "You're honestly going to expect us to believe you're helping us?"

"Who said anything about helping." Vortak looked over his shoulder. "No, you seem to have it all wrong. But since you seem to want them dead as much as we do, then be my guest." He started speaking in a strange tongue only the Shadow Spawn and Dryder understood, before slamming the ground.

From the remaining pod, a hulking beast awoke and burst from his restraints. It reflected no light from a majority of it's body, with a faint blue glow/outline around it. A single, jagged horn stood up from between it's eyes, which were glowing white, similar to Dark's eyes. It's hands and feet were clawed, along with the heels and elbows. It let out a monstrous roar before charging at Turbo.

"Attack!" Vortak and Dryder charged towards one another as the Immortals (my Immortals, anyway (for now)) and the Shadow Spawn ran to the Ironbound Champions.

--Kurduhm, Southern Wall--

Shiki pulled his hammer back. "But what do we do with big, metal, and gruesome here?"

Messorem looks at the rock in his hand. "Thief. Im still awaiting that cookie." He puts the rock back in his pocket and warps behind Bowser(?).

"Look cant we just talk about this? I attacked cus you seemed mad so I wanted to calm you down a little." Messorem makes a small orb in his hand getting ready.

--Kurduhm, Underground Vault--

Sonus stops moving and looks over his shoulder at Cyntia. "Hero. Why you been so silent?"

((How exactly does Robin jump from the ground all the way to an airship? No human or anything for that matter could jump that high, unless I misunderstood something, or Robin has been re-classed to a class that uses flying mounts))

"What?" said the KoT, as he saw Plauge Knight go towards the airship, "Where are you going?" The KoT followed him, gaining some wallets on the way.

--Peach's Castle, Throne Room--

Bowser(?) sidestepped Luigi both times.

"Well thanks for moving out of the way," said Bowser(?), as he moved over to the Throne, "This is your Present." Bowser(?) grabbed the Throne and threw it at Messorem like a Devilite, but he's not a Devilite.

Paintra started going above everyone and raining paint on them.

"If we don't defeat it now, hundreds of more lives could be eaten. We've already witnessed a innocent sword knight get eaten, and it looked like he was comi-" said Samantha, before getting drenched in paint, "Great, now I'm every color of the rainbow." Samantha used Fireball Inferno to get rid of the paint

--Kurduhm, Southern Walls--

((Looked it up, they're actually called Razor Claws))

But Praetorian seemingly disappeared, it wasn't there anymore, but the Razor Claws were still there. One fired a big laser at Shiki like Praetorian MKII's laser, but it didn't come back unlike the laser. The other one attempted to strike Uther.

The giant blob made more blob minions to attack them.

--Kurduhm, Concealed Cave--

((Introducing a new main Antagonist, already got boss music for him and everything, so remind me to link it when they fight him

Technically, the actual Morpha part of Morpha isn't water, so Morpha could teleport with them, but could do absolutely nothing then but hop around trying to find water to attack them with))

"We have successfully repelled the invaders," said Morpha, "Lettuce ((sorry)) go back and tell Lord Natyraieh the news." Both Morpha and Rusalka went deep into the cave

"Lord Natyraieh, we have warded the Kurduhm Freaks off before they could find out about our plan," said Rusalka

"Good," said Natyraieh.

"Remind me great one, when do we put the plan into action?"

"Tomorrow."

"You are such an annoyance, always following," said Iurbak, as he threw a shadow bolt

"You can't make me stop! I know the old you is still in there," said Dejna, as she jumped out of the way, sending a ray of light

"What you're looking for is long gone!" said Iurbak, as he blocked it with a bookshelf, before the bookshelf was flinged at Dejna

Meanwhile, Haisae sat outside on the steps

"I've been thinking of ways to strike fear into the hearts of our enemies when we go into battle," said Cynthia, "Do you want to hear some things I could say?"

--Kurduhm, Residential District--

"Kthxbai," said the girl as she started walking towards the Southern Wall, but said, "Hmm, I think I'm suppose to tell everyone something, but I forgot what it is. Bah, I'm sure it's not important," before leaving, which could be heard by the 5 fighting.

--Kurduhm, Capitol Building--

"YAY, SOMETHING TO SHOCK!" said Cerok, as he started throwing electricity at them.

--Tower of Turrets, F4--

They thought they could surround NYLOCKE, DRAGON OF ESCAPE, but they were wrong. I jumped over them and placed the last thing in the holy light.

--Luna, Skies--

"I can give you your gas, just sign this contract," the Demon Merchant held out a contract, "If you don't have anything to sign it with, I can give one to you for .05"

The Demon Merchant looked at Joshua, "Sorry there, but I'm busy with another customer, can you wait until I'm finished?"

The Floran proceeded to get out of the Mech and fire a hunting bow at Wiiiiiiiiiilson.

Alex came out of the portal and said, "Don't hours and minutes usually take that long? My old GPS says so."

--Mushroom Kingdom--

"Heeee! Isn't it obvious? I want an airship! For MEEEEEE!" Plague Knight rolled his eyes. "PROPELLER KNIGHT thinks he's THE BEST because he has a flying boat and a French accent. Well, I'm gonna get a BETTER flying boat!"

Plague Knight proceeded to jump to the side off the bottom of the ship, then ignite a bomb in mid-air to propel himself right on top of the ship... and then some, as the bomb launched him so high he bonked his head on the mast before hitting the deck. Not missing a beat, he began surveying the troops on board while shouting, "HEYYYY GUYYYYS! Nice ride ya got here!"

--Kurduhm, Southern Wall--

"Drat, I had expected he would have worked with us against yon gelatinous beast." Uther parried the Razor Claw's attack, then lunged at its midsection.

--Kurduhm, Profiteur's Warehouse--

Erk was about to go back to sleep when Serra gave him a tap on the shoulder. "Hey... I think we should get up. They're still out there fighting..."

"Hmm. Fine." Erk rolled out of bed, still wanting a little more sleep, and picked up his gear; Serra climbed out and grabbed hers.

"You're OK, right? You DID take a bunch of hits and throw a bunch of magic around."

"I'll be fine, Serra."

"Okay. If you're sure. You know, I'm starting to think maybe you should wear some armor-"

"I'd rather not. Too limiting."

"Oh, come on! It'd take blows for you! Your defensive skills are honestly pretty crappy."

"That generally comes with the job." Erk and Serra were outside the warehouse now. "Normally there's a defensive line to hide behind."

"Yeah. That's not going to happen in this city... the place seems to be a trouble magnet."

Erk scratched his head. "By the way, once this is cleared up, remind me to do some research on... Pheramore Toxin."

"Erk!" Serra looked appalled. "How could you consider using poison in-"

"No, no, not for my use! I can't exactly poison a spellbook, anyway." Erk shook his head. "No, I've got a hunch... based on some things... that there might be a fugitive criminal among our group. We need to find him and find out his crimes."

"And where did you get this hunch?"

"It's a long story. We'll talk about it on the way. I think I hear some noise... over that way."

Erk and Serra began walking toward the Residential District.

"YOU AREN'T SO TOUGH! COME AND GET ME!" Turbo landed on the ground, goading the creature toward him while preparing to power up his jet hooves.

Walton immediately began sizing up the incoming Shadow Spawn. "Hmm. I wonder if they're susceptible to regular attacks?"

"Dear, I don't think we'll need to find out..." Helena tapped a small switch on the tin coil, which then began firing streams of electricity from her to the nearest Shadow Spawn. She shouted, "RUN! RUN FROM THE FIELD TESTING WHILE YOU CAN! AH HA HA HA HA!"

In some ways, she was just like her grandfather. Walton asked, "Is it safe to step in front of you?"

"Oh, of course it is, it's a manually targeted coil. BACK TO THE FIELD TESTING!"

"Behold, the Ironbound Lightning! And where there's lightning... THERE MUST BE STORM CLOUDS!" Dan strafed the Shadow Spawn, trying to scald them with the steam from his jetpack, while spraying more steam out of the hand nozzle at another group. Between him and Helena, about thirty of the Shadow Spawn fell quickly.

Amy and Cecilia ran interference, aiming their guns at targets that tried to avoid Walton and attack Helena from behind. Walton himself stood at the front; two Shadow Spawn were upon him quickly, but Walton managed to block their attacks, taking negligible damage, before launching two swift jabs that sent them flying backward. "I don't intend to fall! Flee while you can!"

--Kurduhm, Ironbound Shelter, Guest Room--

"Somethin' to drink, eh? Awright, that sounds great. We got some water in the fridge, or there's this great coffee joint across the street if ya want somethin' from there."

--Kurduhm, Rick's Café--

"Zis place is rather... poor, no?" Profiteur's standards were high, given his utter snobbery; while Rick's Café was a fine mom-and-pop joint, it wasn't fancy enough for Profiteur.

"Well, it's the only place to get a drink around here that stays open with all those sword-swinging imbeciles out there." Qada sipped a triple venti caramel frappé (So zat's how he got so fat, Profiteur thought) and shook his head.

"Ah, yes. You don't much like masters of ze sword, all persons considered?"

"RRRGH! Don't remind me of that IDIOTIC Swordmaster."

Profiteur pretended to casually look outside; actually, he was checking for people"So. Ze plan is for you to get ze packages at ze mailroom. Then, we take ze packages and very carefully tie zem down so zey don't make a mess, and bring zem home."

"Of course! Of course...." A foul grin spread across Qada's face.

"And meanwhile, I will be stopping to tip ze deliveryman, no?"

"Make sure it's a generous tip. Heh heh heh... that time residue almost feels like it's within my grasp."

"One thing. I can't be seen with zese packages. Our overall plan hinges on my good PR, no?"

"Of course! I'll be sure to keep my distance."

--Kurduhm, Underground Vault--

"Threatening, huh?" Severa said nothing beyond that.

"Go ahead and run these lines by me. But, you know, the lines are only half the battle." Wes looked up at Cynthia. "You're going for the 'lady warrior' look, right? Try making your lance more imposing. Without limiting it, of course! Keep it nice and polished, maybe put some kind of metal trim on the handle."

"The best way to be threatening is to not be seen." The Spy's face became serious. "Then, when you slay an enemy and get out without being seen... the enemy's allies see your victim's corpse. They'll all be afraid."

"Nah, Cynthia isn't like that. Plus, she's got a flying horse. She should go for the 'imposing lady warrior' look, and then she'll get their attention. Then you can come in behind 'em while they're distracted."

"Hmm. Good point."

"Hey, tell me your lines! I am a perfect judge of how threatening something is," Claptrap said, while barely avoiding a jet of freezing mist.

Wait, WHAT?! "Whoa! Watch out for that!"

Skarmory had also been hit by the mist, which would deal neutral damage to a Steel/Flying type; he quickly leapt back, squinting in pain. "Skaaar!"

"Hold on!" Wes reached into his bag to grab a Super Potion, checking on Jumpluff. A Grass/Flying type would be especially vulnerable to the ice jet. Fortunately, Jumpluff had stayed FAR AWAY from the jet of ice.

"So, the place has traps. It's to be expected..." DeRosa began examining the room. "Maybe there's a way to disable it."

--Luna, Skies--

"Ahem. One moment, please..." Claymorte motioned for one of his soldiers.

"Yes, sir?"

Claymorte handed the soldier a pen. "Sign this."

"On it, sir."

Claymorte didn't tell the merchant the truth; he never signed contracts he didn't have to. Red tape, in his eyes, was only another barrier to carrying out the will of Death's Arm. "This is a gift for him, you see. He's got... odd habits. I'll pay for the gas, and you just put it in the hold."

((EDIT: I almost forgot!))

--Tower of Turrets, Fifth Floor--

"Jolly good, sir!"

As soon as the fourth core hit the light orb, a flash of blinding light filled the room. The Aperture Focus was able to warp Lei Tency with the cores in place.

"Fallen turrets! Hear my words! You have no need to serve any longer in combat. Your deaths were in the line of duty. Be at peace..."

One by one, the Spectral Turrets faded, going on to wherever turrets went when they died.

The light faded, revealing Princess Lei Tency herself. "Thanks. Long story short, I tried to sneak by here... and it didn't go so well. Now let's go and take down-"

Trainwreck sounded furious this time. "Carthage jail, what the difference between the Yoga Ray did not dare I refuse to die!"

Then, the tower... vanished.

Leaving Nylocke and Lei Tency to fall about four hundreed feet down.

"AAAAAA- wait a minute."

Lei Tency blinked, and gravity began... slowing down? Her fall (and Nylocke's) were slowed considerably.

"Don't worry. I'm the guardian of the Lag Rift. Releasing some Lag to cool it down and keep it from going crazy is basically my job in a nutshell." Lei looked around. "See? The force of gravity around us is Lagging. It's slowing enough for it to stop damaging us."

(Sorry for not posting that Robin had a jetpack, Oh and btw Robin had a jetpack.)

"Its not my fault every freakin' thing wants to kill me! Im just trying to save the day from evil. And everyone tries to kill me. So i absorb their power by eating them!" Kirby said incredibly mad.
