Guys, lets not talk to batabii. All he brings is negativity and bad feelings to whatever thread he posts in. Unfortunately, he is one of those people we are unable to reason with.
Just sombody who never changes......brings out the worst in us. :/

@Voza-ll
There will never be a forum where there isn't a single forumer who throws negativity.
Yes, let's ignore the simple, easy to solve problem and blame the messenger instead. That'll make it go away.
Hey, I'm just curious, are you going to answer my question?
I've never been kicked for running ahead before, but depending on what my load out is, I do sometimes run ahead. If I'm using a Shard Bomb, or using the Graviton, I tend to run ahead. Shard Bomb because it might lag other players, Graviton... well, that depends. If I have a party who knows how to take advantage of me locking enemies in a general location, I run ahead a little so as to get things ready for them, but sometimes you get a party that can't/don't know how to take advantage, in which case, I "solo" it. Once they catch up, I change my bombing tactics.
I agree that it's annoying to find a player who is obviously just there to "leech" the party though. Expecting everyone to do the work for them. I can understand not being available sometimes. RL has a lot of distractions. RL has a way of people interrupting you ESPECIALLY when you're in the middle of something, while leaving you alone when you're free. But there are players who very obviously, are just trying to get you to clear out everything for you, and won't lift a finger to help. They're the guys who'd just stand on that healing square in the last room of Depth 26 of Vana and not even bother to snipe. the good news is that occasionally, these guys get killed when a zombie wanders down there.
Still, I've seldom kicked people when I'm the leader. Even when they sabotage the run, since I'm able to compensate and I've had my share of derping as well.
I've been kicked for no valid reason though, but you know what reason I hate to be kicked for most?
I hate it when I join a party via Party Finder, and they kick me as soon as I finish loading (sometimes before, but it's more annoying if they wait for me to finish loading up). And the reason they kicked is because they wanted to solo, or to stick with their party or guild or friends. Which is laaaame. I mean, dude, if you're gonna do that, then lock the party. Make it only your friends or guild can join and invite the people you want. Don't make it an open party if you don't want randoms coming in.
If someone’s birth certificate stated their name was Thad, yet they went by Thaddeus instead, would you take issue with this since they are calling themselves something that is not stated on their birth certificate?
A guy named Paul has the nickname Beethoven. Would you have an issue with this?
1. No, but why would someone go by a LONGER name? It seems kinda silly to me.
2. Yes, if they have no interest or background in music whatsoever.
Think of it this way. Would you have an issue with someone calling a car a "truck", when it's clearly not, and has the word CAR printed on it in several places? That's about how similar "Jelly King" and "Royal Jelly" are.
Wow, you twist things so much. No one is calling the Royal Jelly a wolver, a gremlin, or anything that "it's clearly not". Calling the Royal Jelly a Jelly King is far different from what you describe.
No, people like you are saying "it has a crown so it must be a king", which is like calling a car a truck just because they're similar.
This is why my friends list is not nearly at max. Because I choose my friends carefully. People with whom I can enjoy the game. And why I love League of Gunners. We're a close knit family over there.
Yeah I never understand those people who have 200+ "friends" and will just send random friend requests without even saying a word.
I wish I could disable friend requests in the haven...
Someone kicked me from a Jelly King run because I wouldn't use a revive on him, even though I was like, 2 steps from the elevator, and I was the only other guy there.
I love how batabii doesn't even care about the original discussion and has to bring his own nitpicking into another discussion that is irrelevent to the first topic...
Yeah he's called JK, deal with it
*puts on sunglasses*
I call it my jelly toast, you can call it royal jelly, people will refer to it as JK nonetheless
No matter how much you QQ on the forum
I love how people don't notice I'm not the one that keeps going on and on about "jelly king". I made the correction and then responded to the original discussion, but instead people are being stubborn and arguing instead of staying on topic.
Jelly king will remain even though incorrect, just like ce has.
You guys are arguing over a nickname? What in the ...
Haha, yeah, I can see where you would find it silly. By itself, it doesn’t make much sense; however, there are logical reasons for going by a longer name than your birth name. In fact, in real life I go by a name that is longer than my birth name.
Would you have an issue with someone calling a car a "truck", when it's clearly not, and has the word CAR printed on it in several places?
I wouldn’t have a problem with it per say, but I wouldn’t really understand it since “car” and “truck” each have a specific meaning and definition. Your example orders the words in a way where the usage doesn’t make much sense. However, when you sort of reverse the order, there isn’t the same clash. The word “car” can be used to refer to a truck. Technically the vehicle is a truck, but it can be referred to by the less correct and technical term/nickname “car.” So we can look at it like this: Royal Jelly = truck and Jelly King = car. So the official name is Royal Jelly, but it can be referred to by the less correct or unofficial nickname Jelly King.
No, people like you are saying "it has a crown so it must be a king"…
The progression from “Royal” to “King” isn’t that hard to follow though. However, like Little-Juances pointed out, it could be any noble title –and, therefore, any member of the jelly monarch’s family. Is it right? I don’t have a problem with it, but you do. And you’re entitled to your opinion of disliking the term “Jelly King,” but all the other people that make up the Spiral Knights community –including myself –are also entitled to like and use the term “Jelly King” if we want to.
I love how people don't notice I'm not the one that keeps going on and on about "jelly king".
Maybe you’re not going on and on about Royal Jelly/Jelly King in this thread, but you almost always have to bring it up when someone uses “Jelly King” and not the term that you prefer. That qualifies as going on and on about it.
If everyone knows what everyone else is talking about, what does it matter? oh wait... it doesn't.
I got kicked from a random party after in depth 25 of fsc in the rocket room last week. I'd sneak past the rocket and start killing zombies and the party leader would run in, hit the rocket ounce to wake him up and run out. I would run back around and leave the room to get the rocket to stop and then sneak back in start killing zombies, then party leader did the same thing again. I ran out of the room and asked, "would you stop trying to kill me off, it's not going to work and is just annoying." and about 10 seconds later I've been booted. I talked with another member that was in the party and he said the leader booted everyone. You would think this is rare in random parties but I'd say mabe 1/3 of them end like this before the end of vana for me when I do join random on fsc.
Even with your Royal Jelly = truck analogy, you're still ignoring the fact that it has truck written all over it, and my first post in this thread already showed the numbers times they tell you the proper name.
It's less like calling a truck a car than it is like calling a DVD a "tape". Or a Nintendo 3DS a "gameboy".
@jwake
Yeah Ive had that happen, though they didn't kick me. I'd definitely kick them if I was the leader though.
There was one time where I joined a random T1 or T2 party through party finder. After I loaded up, I started reading the chat of the party that I had joined. The party leader had asked one of the other party members who I was, and he said he didn't know. I started talking to the party members (I cannot remember what I said), and all of a sudden I got kicked.
@Batabii
I'm not trying to ignoring it. My point still stands.
I got another question: what do you call the energy that that we buy with real money or crowns and use to purchase promo boxes and other stuff?
You either understand it or you don't. Calling a 3DS a DS is acceptable, and people often call DVDs CDs. I've seen the argument of shortening a name being acceptable, but in the end, if the point of the talker gets across to the listener, then the communication was successful. It's the reason we often overlook grammatical errors.
Now about the topic itself, I can only think of one incident where I was kicked, and it was in a graveyard, and I was new to the game. I rushed through the level, ignoring enemies, and got downed far ahead of my team. That was completely an error on my part, I can't think of a time I've been kicked for no reason.
I'll start complaining to the Game Masters about kicking and if it's for the boss depth.
Uh, I can compare whatever I want to. The whole point of comparison and contrast is to take two or more things that are not exactly alike and search for similarities and differences. It is not limited to only certain items or categories. I made that comparison to try and better understand something about your opinions, but you haven't really answered the question yet...
