I haven't farmed RJP enough to know. I'm a little busy trying to get access to a computer to farm Sigils for the new Sword & Bomb.

Orbs seem to be lower for me. Makes sense with all this crafting going on, they'd rather people buy orbs instead of farm for them.
Sparks don't seem different to me

I just did a 4-man elite FSC today and I didn't get any sparks. I'd be getting those things like every 1-2 runs.

Previous Drop Rates
The problem with comparing these drop rates, is you need a large sample size.
I started collecting data before the change, so we have a number for that. Unfortunately, I've been away from my gaming computer to collect newer data (returning in 2 days).
Anyways, the previous rates were around: 1% drop rate for orbs, 3% drop rate for SoLs (sample 2k boxes). This means you need upwards of 1k boxes open (~10 orbs, 30 SoL) to start getting the noise in data to settle down. If we go by an average number of boxes in any random clockwork depth, that comes out to around 170 depths (for those farming the dark harvest atm).
I'm getting Warm Fire Crystals when I run RJP on Elite, now.
