So I've been trying to get myself to make a little bitty sprite of my knight for the longest, and today I finally convinced myself to go all the way through with it. I hate the way it came out, but I never really did like any of my pixel-art work. It fits within 32 x 64 dimensions, and follows a palette of 16 colours! I hate the way it came out, but if I don’t post some finished form of it, I never will. I couldn’t even get the flower, glasses, or canteen right. Ahahahaha I suck. But enough talk...

Super Small Sprites (250 CE): Small pixel art sprites intended to fit within a 32x32 plane, available in simple palettes (minimal shading, simple outline) only. Can do small animations for 300 additional CE.

Small Sprites (350/550 CE): Moderate sized pixel sprites intended to fit within 64x64 places, comes in simple (350 CE, 4-8 colors) and advanced (550 CE, 16 colors, shading, coloured outlines) palettes.

I really like your art, it's nice. I've never been able to do pixel art, but my only understanding of the method is MS paint all by hand, shading and all. That's probably why I've never tried though.

Ahh, yes. I started out using MS Paint to draw my pixels, and I believe Vista had the best form of MS Paint. Windows 7 MS Paint is really really hard to work with for pixels, so I've moved on to using YY-CHR instead for drawing. YY-CHR was a tool used for ROM-Hacking, like Super Mario World and whatnot, but I found it to be generally useful for creating sprites! I use MS Paint for touch-ups, and a seperate program to turn it into a transparent gif!. YY-CHR allows me to stick strictly to a 16bit, 8bit, or even 32bit palette, and is quite handy for pixel art!

I'm afraid I have nothing new to show off of the Spiraly nature, but I have dug up this sprite sheet I whipped up a few years back in the style of Super Mario World!

Starbound and A Link Between Worlds has been eating up a fair chunk of my time, but I am still accepting commissions if anyone is interested.

Hump de bump, time for more junk!

Here are Caret and Bubble Blowing Bug Buddy. A pair of scrappy little robots, that they are. They're pretty good friends! B4 likes blowing bubbles, and collecting garbage. And Caret is crafty, able to re-purpose garbage for tools, ammunition, and fuel! Caret is also quite nimble and strong. But they were deactivated for a long time, so who knows what's in store for them?

Lastly, I'd like for you to meet Rin the Yordle. A bit of fanart for one of my favorite League of Legends askblogs and artists.

Mr. Bump time! My apologies for lack of updates.
Let's kick things off with a portrait of my robot character, Caret. It kind of looks like something you'd see on a game's Title Screen.

Then, let's move on to this darling little sprite of my Knight, Whimsy. And right next to them is a rather peculiar looking human who happens to be from some bizarre Alternate Universe in which Knights are humans!

Now don't blink, or you might miss it. It's Captain Teemo, on duty once more!

But enough of the freaks. Here's a real cutie. It's Isabelle, from Animal Crossing. She's just as eager to help as ever!

Lastly, here's a little buttface I like to call Korey the Shinx. He's a little sassy brat, so watch out!

Late replies because that's how I roll. I've been doing the pixlie bloops since... 2007-ish! Quite a long while. I still stink butts at it, but hey, progress is always fun.

Oh gosh thank you! Sometimes I wish I knew how to actually make a game, because I totally would if I had enough know-how.

So, there's been some kind of limited-color-scheme thing floating around tumblr, and I decided to try my hand at it with this mischievous little Shy Guy, not to be confused with the more common Nice Guy.

And on the topic of palettes, I've been trying to figure out how my Overly-Ambitious-Nonexistant-Indie-Retro game would look, if it wasn't just a Game-Boy style title, but rather a Game Boy Color title! Your mileage may vary.
