Uh. How do I start this?
This is a comedy fanfic and that's it...

This story has no relation to: ~Sword: A Winter Story~
Well, go ahead and read that if you want.

Please leave any suggestions or criticism.

Characters will be used after Chapter 1.
Chapters won't be short as Chapter 1.

Prologue

"Today, we will welcome the new knights who just joined this guild! My name is Ann and I’m an officer here. In our guild, Helping Hands, we help knights with problems."

Some of the knights in the audience giggled.

"I meant that we help knights that are in need of assistance! Let me introduce to you our guild master, Fine."

The guild master went up stage and said, "Hello and welcome to Helping Hands, a guild that helps knights that are in need of assistance!"

"What is your name?" A knight in the audience shouted.

"It's Fine."

"Tell us please!"

"My name is Fine!"

"Come on, tell us!"

"MY NAME IS FINE!"

"Don't be stubborn, we already know your name is fine. Now tell is your name."

The guild master walked slowly down the stage and went back to his office.
Everyone in the audience stood in silence.

"Umm.. Anyway, we will assign you to your partner! You two will work together to help knights and solve problems together!” Ann said with hesitation. “ P-Please go get a number and wait for your turn to be assigned.”

Many knights lined up to get a number when a knight wielding two guns rushes to the line and suddenly bumps someone.

“Hey, are you alright?” The knight with guns said. “Did you get hurt?”

The knight he bumped got up, the knight was a young female knight, her swords were scattered everywhere.

“Yes, I’m fine.” The knight he bumped said. “At least my sword didn't almost kill me this time.”

“What’s your name?” The knight with guns said. “Mine is Gec.”

“My name is Sword.” She said as she was gathering her swords. “I’m sorry. I’ll be going now.”

The main character, you see is Gec and Sword and you probably know by now because I only
talked about those two knights. I guess you would think the main character is the first one introduced into the story. WELL FINE, ANN IS A MAIN CHARACTER. Are you happy now? Well, continuing the story.

“Okay! 233th duo is Sword & Gec. 234th is Fellow & Magnet.” Ann said through the microphone. “Seriously, you guys have weird names.”

“The girl I bumped is my partner?” Gec thought. “Well, I better find her-”

Gec saw Sword waving her sword and walked up to her.

“Oh hey.” Sword said. “I never knew we would be partners.”

“I never knew you would be so easy to find.” Gec said, “I hope you don’t get lost often.”

“You guys just do whatever you want and we will call you via Spiral Network, if we have someone who needs help!” Ann said. “Okay, see ya soon!”

Ann stepped down the stage to go to the Guild Master’s Office to see what’s wrong. The two knights, who are the main characters of course, go outside the guild hall. As they walked outside, Sword got an idea, “Want to get a bite to eat? My treat!”

“Umm..” Gec said, “Sure. Where to?”

Personality: Tries to be a Ladies man. Is never successful. Acts tough. Is not. Makes Innuendos alot. Gets owned alot by people he uses them on.
Gear: Nitronome, Valiance, Cobalt set.(Azure Guardian Helm & Armour, Aegis).
Problem: His ego is too huge to think he has problems ¬.¬
Additional Information: In battles, he gets incredibly lucky, but passes this off as "skill".

Personality: Extremely shy, doesn't like it when people exploit her (Such as them hanging around while she does all the work), very curious in new areas, kind and quiet.

Gear: Leviathan Blade, Barbarous Thorn Blade, Divine Avenger, Gran Faust, Barbarous Thorn shield, Vog cub helm, vog cub armor and 2 penta heart pendants.

Problem: She can't use guns or bombs to save her life.

Additional Information: In battles, she waits for the opponent to attack first then attacks back.

Name: Jamain

Gender: Male

Personality: Quiet and silent. Thinks a lot. Quite nice inside though. If made fun of the opposer will receive a flurry of punches in the nose. Jamain says sorry and calmly walks away, usually patting a snipe. Snipes usually love him and cuddle up to him as he has a smell of vanilla gingerbread.

Gear: Skolver coat and cap. Barbarous thorn shield. Divine avenger and Obsidian Carbine. Soaking wetstone pendant.

Problem: He has a mysterious past. The few that guess will tell others that he is an abandoned orphan. In reality his parents dyed in a house fire. Being only 5 years at the time he cried and hid in the woods. After a while, he returned to the ruins of his house. He found a single, soaking wetstone pendant and he kept it as a souvenir from his parents death. He the went back to the woods. He cuddled up with the snipes and slept in their feathers. The snipes brought food to him and eventually he grew and joined Spiral HQ. He then received his odd choice of equipment, combining light AND darkness into him. He eventually was taken in by an old, old, old baker. THEN the baker died. Jamain still works in the bakery and anyone will do anything for a warm, fresh, Jamain handmade cookie... Anyway... Moving on. In one of his missions, his friend, Pallox, died I front of his eyes. Mangled to pieces by Wolvers, Jamain was not able to revive him. His problem is that he needs to find a good use of his life after everyone started dying in front of him.

Additional Information: He really enjoys eating cookies. He is also a baker which does have its uses sometimes...

Chapter 1: The first request.

They walked to a restaurant to get something eat.
As they walked in, a message appeared in front of their face.

It read, "We have a mission for you. Please come to the guild hall immediately."

"Just as we went in." Sword said in a angry tone. "I thought they would call us.."

Both of them ran to the Guild Hall, past a giant snipe looking statue.

"Hello. Sorry for interrupting whatever you're doing." A knight with Cobalt armor apologized, "My name is Roger. I'm here to brief you."

Sword suspects something. He’s not wearing the guild’s crest, but she ignored it anyway.

"I would like to ask a few questions before you do that." Gec replied. "Why do you partner people up?"

"So we can have work done more faster. There's too much help requests this year, so we decide that the best way to get work done faster is to divide the new recruits to groups of two people." Roger said. "Well, if that answers your question. Let's start with meeting your client for today."

A young knight that wears Magic armor steps forward and says, "Hello, I'm Daren and I need help with something. Since you are good with swords and you're good with guns. Can you help me get my snipe into it's cage?"

Daren brought out a cage that makes heavy things once put in the cage, light.

"WHAT DOES HAVE TO WITH GUNS OR SWORDS?!" Swords screams, "You could just do it yourself!"

“Uhh.. Sword,” Gec replies to her, “Help requests are help requests, I saw one of the requests on the board were finding a balloon.”

They both look around and see no guildmates anywhere.

“Why is there-”

"This snipe isn't like the other snipes. It's ... I'll show you." Daren interrupted Gec and runs out the guild hall.

Sword and Gec follow him outside and they saw a huge snipe next to the guild hall.

"I thought it was a statue..." Sword whispers to Gec, "I wonder how it's fed."

Gec checks behind the huge snipe and sees Daren pushing the huge snipe.
"Where did you find this snipe?" Gec says to Daren, "And what do you feed him?"
Daren stops pushing it for a moment and says, "I found it while I was in Aurora Isle. It was blocking my path so I took it home."
"How did you take it home?!" Gec replies, "If you pushed him back home, why would you need help?!"

"That's confidential and won't tell you what it eats since I would get arrested, if I told you." Daren said while looking around the snipe. "Come on and let's just push this snipe into it's cage, the cage can make the snipe lighter so I can take it home."
They pushed the snipe as hard as they can but they ended up pushing it only a inch from where it stood.
"This snipe is too heavy..." Gec says while walking way from the snipe, "Let's go Sword, let's do a different request."

“Why don’t we try to lure it to it’s cage?” Sword responded.

“Oh, Great idea!” Gec said with enthusiasm, “Let’s-”

“SEDUCE IT!!” Sword quickly says, “I have a swim suit!”

“No, that’s too stupid.” Gec replies, “Plus, a snipe won’t be too excited about you body-”

Sword immediately stomps her foot and says, “ARE YOU SAYING I’M FAT!?”

“Uhm..”

"Ohh, I got an idea what if we lure it using some food?" Sword says with confidence, "It'll go to it's cage quick as killing a mini jelly."

Sword got a piece of bread from her pocket.

"Come here little snipe! Here is some food!"

As the snipe flew to the bread, Sword tried to leave the bread alone and run away but she tripped, ending up with the snipe crushing her.

"Yay! Thanks a lot!" Daren said with joy, "I'll come here again if I need your help!
Daren went away pushing the cage to his home.”

"Umm.. Are you okay Sword?" Gec says, "Sword?"

Personality: Kind, helpful, smart and only talks when he is required.

Gear: Dread Venom Striker, Dark Briar Barrage, Polaris, Gran Faust, Metal Sonic Set and Swiftstrike Buckler

Problem: His size makes him easier to hit. (Very tall in game)

Additional Information: Has a bad habit to protect his friends and carry them home. However, he does anything to help them even if it means his death.

((OOC: Metal Sonic set is a costume so Vargo has no defense. However, if it's allowed, would movement speed increase of high for each piece be fine? So that means he has MSI increase of Max.

Name: S.U.P.E.R. T.U.R.T.L.E. (It stands for Sir Ulfarium Prolis Equim Refondis, the Ultimate Rotation Technology Lonerbot EX: Version 3.21)

Gender: S.U.P.E.R. T.U.R.T.L.E. (It doesn't need a gender. It's the Ultimate Lonerbot model in terms of Rotation Technology)

Personality: Neutral, a bit dull in terms of conversation. Often ends conversations with "Yes" or "No" despite not being asked a question which would result in either. If asked a question that DOES require a Yes or No answer, S.U.P.E.R. T.U.R.T.L.E. will reply with a long answer. Does not like being called "Turtle" or "Super", but rather his full name. Periods separating letters and everything.

Gear: What appears to be turtle themed Scaled armor set. A Blue Autogun is infused on its right arm, while deep green swiftstrike buckler bound to its left.

Problem: S.U.P.E.R. T.U.R.T.L.E. finds that its collection of turtle shells have gone missing. He believes that they have been stolen by a rowdy bunch of "Shell-shockers", what these "Shell-shockers" are is entirely up to you. As a reward he offers you his eternal servitude. And/Or 32cr and a bit of pocket lint.

Additional Info: Steam occasionally coming out of his "tail area" not to be confused with the area which is too inappropriate to name in the forums. That's right, his LEFT NOSTRIL! Oh, I guess I just put it on the forums, didn't I.
Loves Turtles and any color ranging between Green and Blue. Despite having a Yellow Personal Color.

Chapter 2:The Knight Who Doesn't Use Bombs/Guns to Save Her Life

“I’m not gonna brief you this time because it’s my break.” Roger said with joy, “Well, sayonara!”
Roger ran as fast as he can with a bag that looks heavy.
Both of them thought for a moment.

"He was actually a thief?" Gec said, "Do the officers know about this?"
"Maybe they just planned this yesterday." Sword says, "They used Daren as a decoy while he was stealing the guild's treasury..."

They both stood dumbfounded of what Roger did.

Sword tried to find an officer but there was none nearby.
"Let’s contact them through the Spiral Network."
Sword opens up the Spiral Network and sees no one awake, since it’s about 1AM.

“Let’s just report it when everyone is here.” Sword says, “I’m too lazy to do it anyway.”

After saying that, a knight sends them a message.

"Hello, I need your help my guildmate, Mana.
She isn’t cut out in the clockworks. She can’t use bombs or guns.
Can you please teach her? Meet us at the bazaar at 8.
-Hexagon"

“I hope this isn’t some fake request this time!” Gec says,

Both them walked back to their homes, feeling tired and irritated.

The morning sun shined as Sword woke up. The alarm clock beeping over and over, she forgets to stop it and wears her standard armor, Skolver Coat and a Blazebreak Helm. She runs out her door, forgetting to lock it, heads to the bazaar. As soon as she arrived, she sees Gec waiting on a bench nearby Bechamel’s tent.

“Good morning” Gec says, “I see you got up extra early, it’s 6.”

“Well, it’s because I tend to oversleep.” Sword answers, “What time did you get up?”

“Hello!” A voice says in the empty bazaar, “You’re quite early, I thought you would arrive later.”

A knights suddenly appears and waves.

“Why are you here so early?” Sword questions, “I thought you told us to come at 8, and umm.. you’re Mana?”

“Oh, I need to buy some breakfast for the whole guild today.” The first knight said, “I’m Hexagon, a guild officer and this is Mana- Where did she go? I thought I chained her to me.”

“Uhhh.. What?” Sword says with confusion.

"Mana is a little shy." Hexagon says, “Shy people tend to run away, you know.”

“I wonder where she went.” Hexagon says, “I’ll look for her, be right back!”

Hexagon swiftly runs away.

“Well, let’s find us a place to train her.” Gec says while stretching his arms, “Follow me to the Advanced Training Hall.”

At the training hall, they see toll booth. There is a message on the toll booth.

"We are charging crowns to train in the Advanced Training Hall now because
Spiral HQ needs the money to open up the core.
Have a nice day!

“What?! They’re charging 1,000 crowns for 1 hour in here?!” Sword complains, “Come on Gec, lets go to the Arcade.”

At the arcade, they see another toll booth. There is a message on the toll booth.

"If you’re going down, you’ll need to pay. It’s for opening the core, don’t you knights want that?
Have a nice day!

“I know!” Sword shouts, “Let’s go to the guild training hall instead!”

At the Guild Training Hall, they see, yet again, another toll booth. There is message on the toll booth.

"No escaping.

Sword collapses, tears drop down on the young knight’s armor.

Oh what fun.

Name: Mee-Moo
Gender: Female
Personality: She is outgoing, light-hearted, hyperactive, and has a questionable sanity. She is the type of person to give every passerby-er a hug. As in an attack hug. She will clobber you into the ground and make it seem that you and her are involved. She is very talkative, until the point where it is a unanimous vote to shut her up. She's also psychotic. Instead of joining you in meticulous planning, she'll run right past you while screaming, and will thoroughly mutilate everything that moves.
Gear: Wild Hunting Blade, Sudaruska, Strike Needle, Bolt Brand, Blazebreak Helm, Vog Cub Coat, Bitter End
Problem: She has zero patience, she cannot sit still for more than two minutes, and is a bloody sugar addict. She keeps tens of pounds of candy stored under her bunk, and sometimes walks into battle holding a Snickers. Oh, for God's sake, please help her. She slowly running my funds dry with her candy addiction, and she's already broken many of my family heirlooms. Please help. Please...for the children...
Additional Information: She's very careless with her weaponry. She's already smacked me in the face a dozen times with her Sudaruska, and put several holes in my TV with her Wild Hunting Blade. God help me...

Chapter 2.5: The Knight That Kills Teammates

“I’ll just pay, Sword” Gec says while Sword is still crying, “It’s just 100 crowns, you cheapskate.”

Just then, Hexagon and Mana, chained to Hexagon, walked by.

“Found her.” Hexagon says, “Now you can introduc- Where did she go again? I’ll be right back.”

“Let’s go talk to our guildmates for a while.” Gec says, “We haven’t talked about the thief, yet.”

“NOPE, I’m going to accept another help request.” Sword responds, “You stay here an-”

Both of them receive a message from an officer, it says that everyone needs to go the Assembly Room in the Guild Hall.

“Well, let’s go Sword.”

They ran to the Assembly Room seeing the whole guild came and sat down on a chair. The guild member cleared his throat and said, “Today, we are in serious situation. Our whole guild treasury has been stolen! We appreciate donations if you wish. Also, Sword and Gec meet me in my office, immediately.”

“Did we do something wrong?” Sword says, “I-I’m scared.”

The guild master went down from the stage and went back to his room. They both went to the guild master’s room and they sat down on chair there.

“You two were awake when the robbery happened, hm?” Fine says, “Who was this thief? How did they enter? Why didn't you stop him?"

"I thought he was an officer." Gec says.

"Oh! Oh! I think he has an accomplice named Daren." Swords says. "He had a big snipe and we helped him by-”

Fine giggled for a moment and said, “C-Car-hehe-ry on.”

“Pushing it into it’s cage.” Sword continues while blushing, “Then, he went away and said thanks.”

“Well, then now you’ve told us everything.” Fine says, “You may leave.”

They both leave and Sword closed the door, Gec went to the request board while Sword was cheerfully playing with the Mewkats. Hexagon is seen from the window finding Mana.

“There’s no good requests today.” Gec says, “Let’s get back now.”

A message suddenly appears in the Spiral Network. It reads,
“Hello, I’m an officer at Shadow Knights. I need your help, we have a guild member that kills other people while we are in a party. Please help us! We are in front of your guild hall right at this moment.
-Asterisk
Shadow Knights Officer”

They walk outside and see two knights.

“Hello, I’m Asterisk and this is Wrath.” The first knight says, “We need your help.”

“You should have went to Agnor.” Gec says, “It says in your records, you have injured 5 knights but none of them filed charges.”

Wrath pulls out a Obsidian Crusher and puts it on the ground near Sword.

It explodes, injuring Sword. “Call for help…” Sword says.

“I’ll call!” Asterisk opens the ‘Help’ Menu in his helmet. “Don’t worry, a medic is coming.”

Mana runs to Gec. Hexagon runs to him and says, “You should keep her in sight for a while.”

“Oh, sure.” Gec says, “Now, you go to your guild now. We’ll take of her for a while.”

Sword quickly losing blood says, “H-he-elp m-me.”

“Your injury can wait.” Gec says, “Let’s go to the Advanced Training Hall.”

As soon as, Gec and the others going to the Advanced Training Hall. Sword is crawling back to the guild hall.

Bio: A veteran knight who likes nature, machinery, Puns, and old things. He's rather proficient with a sword, and a gun.
Personality: Sarcastic at times, Likes to make up his own words, friendly and (Mostly) straight forward; Often intimidating with his size (Very tall).
Gear: Leviathan blade, Snarbolax coat (with a hallow parrying and side blade) Nameless hat, Aegis, Argent Peacemaker, Imperial tricorne (with golden laurel and divine eye of fury), Graviton Vortex, Grand Solstice ring and a Penda-Heart Pendant
Problem: Is a large target, Prefers to work alone, Suffers from lag, His sarcasm gets him in trouble often, and is terrible with most bombs.
Additional Information: Knows how to knock someone out with a single punch (though he only does so if they're becoming a nuisance) Magmarce is based off of my actual character in game.

Sorry for no updates in about a week

I'm sorry, I was way too busy near new years for some reason.
I'll have to revise the earlier chapters. (not much content, rushed to the point)
Chapter 3 will come out in about 1-3 weeks.
So, read other fanfics while your waiting! :D

oh this

I remember doing this and not finishing it, well oops.
Actually, a few weeks after I made that post, I quit Spiral Knights.

And now since then I forgot everything about spiral knights and all the characters in my story.
I guess I'll have to re-write everything and make it longer.
