Best: No more mist, and that's great. Several great contests made by Impervious and EoS. Hyperion talking with the forumers. I made a LD tournament, and it worked out quite nicely (IT WAS FOR FREE).

Worst: Forums got infested by a lot of children, annoying kids and hypocrites. Luguiru isn't posting. You stirring a lot of flammable threads. LD is still ignored by OOO. Radiant drought? Contri got boring. Feller got banned. No more AT threads. A lot of people quit. Canozo quit. Chaos buff. Acheron buff maybe? SO CALLED NEW WEAPONS. SO CALLED NEW GUNS. OOO being way to quiet and passive about anything going on. Zeddy, Bopp, and several people still didn't get their purple spiral medal. Too many double agents and faces. Still no oRSS. Still no new proto armors for vets. Height modifiers are for money, so is the colors and eyes (OMG, THEY SHOULDN'T BE).

And a "waaat" moment: Not-Hollows is Fehzor, Hollows is Hollows, Fehzor is Hollows, Bitsbee is Not-Hollows, Not-Hollows is Nick, wat.

Spiral Knights Rewind 2013

Worst:
All the people asking for mist removal so they could play for free which brought about the forge, radiant shortage and all the bound items all of which were meant to force everyone to pay to finish their game. And all the whining and complaining that has brought to the game and forum. Second worst is Spiral Spy which is no different than breaking into OOO's office in the middle of the night, wearing a face mask and camoflouge clothes, and stealing files out of their file cabinet.

Best things:
1. Mist was removed. This automatically attracts players back.
2. Apocrean missions where challenging. Same with winterfest and grinchlin ones. Simply fantastic.
3. Feller was banned so my mission is ACCOMPLISHED. (Even though I didn't do crap to ban him)
4. Dragneel came back. Its a good thing just because.
5. Battle sprites. Nice bonuses and helpful things to accompany you.
6. Dash and Bash. I don't use bash that much.(I should) but dash is a normal part of my playing style. It is as simple as hit to me. No. Even simpler. It is like a reflex, and I don't need to look at the cooldown, my brain automatically counts for me.
Worst things:
1. Radiant drought. 5 star newbies are extreemly disadvantaged and UFSC is too hard or laggy more many.
2. Lag. I HATE HATE HATE LAG.
3. All the Jempire and Twenty One crap. And Darkcub making so many guilds.
4. Luigi leaving. He was so funny....
5. Unbalanced stuff. Not good at all.
6. AT complaining. DEAL WITH IT BABIES.

Best: I managed to get Soral to realize that there's a giant circle that the Community and OOO are cycling in. Although that's negative, at least we have somewhat of a plan to break it.

No, it's experience ruining because newbies might see them and think SK is bad (not saying it is. Please. That's way beyond my vocabulary), and the threads and posts have been posted more then enough times to be seen on a daily basis.

If you complain about something, okay, but don't make threads that follows in the original's footsteps. If you want to fix a problem, hire people to do research with you or take it upon yourself. If you have to ask OOO why it happened as a last resort, send a support ticket.

I play SK for fun and I'm almost retired (YAY!). I would rather the forums NOT be flooded by weapon and balance complaints 24/7.

TL;DR: Sk is fun for me and seeing people complain makes it not fun.

You may not know him, but there's this green stranger in the Bazaar that sells you just those things, and you can hire him to stand around in you guild hall 24/7. Not for cheap, thought. Better get a fistful of crowns beforehand.

Best: There definitely was a lot to choose from, but I'd say that the removal of the energy system combined with the "additional combat options" we received in battle sprites would rule out. The new level- compounds- is an amazing addition to the game as well. By far, this year has been the most promising that we've seen in quite some time.

Worst: The fact that we can't craft 5* gear will probably halt all progress that the game is making and eventually kill off the playerbase if it is not fixed. The price to get into the game and become a decent knight with decent armor makes it incredibly frustrating to join in on the fun. Existing 5* players will at some point also find themselves becoming increasingly frustrated as well, when they cannot make new weapons and gear.

The Good: Introduction of Missions

The Bad: Deletion of old shard bomb function

The Fix: Implement the old shard bomb function to another new bomb class, give it a few tweaks, slap on a name, which obviously will be called BR/BE/BS "Blast Ruby/Blast Emerald/Blast Sapphire"

That's a terrible reason for people to stop complaining, for instance, people who have played Spiral Knights for a long time tend to get bored due to lack of updates, and improper implementation of new weapons (That is, reskins.) And as newer players advance to the game, they find all these problems and follow the footsteps of the older players.

On topic here, the best thing I think would be battle sprites, mist removal (I'll miss it for what it was), and (surprisingly) the supply depot sales. I was able to get the wings I wanted from a depot sale, and I regret nothing.

The worst things that happened in my time of being active was the arcade Redux first phase. The Redux as a whole is great, but part one has hurt more than helped. Level variety is great, but sacrificing my new five star weapons and an ability to use the thousands of minerals in my arsenal wasn't really worth it. I have over five thousand shining fire crystals now, and can't use them. I mean, I value radiants more, but it's a chore, not a fun thing now.
