Look at all the active players in the forums chatting about how it is going to die.
I mean look at all of them. (In just the past 2 days!)

So many engaging discussions.
Normally, when I am fed up and am going to quit a game I do just get up and leave without making a big fuss to people I don't know on the forums. There apparently isn't a better game to play because they WANT to play this game but no longer enjoy it as they did when they first started.

I believe these players broke the first rule of the Terms of Service for this game:

The forums are no indicator towards the in-game state. Just because we clutter the forums does not mean we are really in the game. Why else are we on the forums instead of being in the game?

I will never be in agreements that SK is dying. Even if me and the devs are the only ones to ever play. From my observations, the biggest activity spikes occur during Summer when everyone is off school/work. In fact, I'm about to quit the forums for various reasons:

1: Too easy to start flamewars

2: Everyone here is impossible to reason with (excluding Hexzyle, Fangel, Fehzor, and Annilaton)

3: Forced views

4: Repeat complaint threads (I know they're valid and true. Please stop flooding the forums and threads with them
You see that? I said 'please' PLEASE.)

5: Because I'm me, right? Why have fun on the forums when you can accuse me of something I quit doing over three months ago! But what I say doesn't matter, nor will it ever. It's just more words to use against me to lower my ego, right?

The list goes on.

I swear. The forums are starting to become as bad as the PvP community. Which in turn will repel new players who see the "Visit the forums!" hint on the loading screen and give negative reviews about us and the game.

I was inferring active forums means an active community that cares about the game (which does not mean they are currently playing the game - but they WANT to play and enjoy it). Sorry for the confusion.

I have no change in latency. You may want to actually make a thread in the technical support with some specs so that people can troubleshoot with you.

1. Send a support ticket, if you don't like it. Realistically though, these "flamewars" are much less against the rules and just someone that doesn't want to admit they are wrong [Refer to #2]

5. I haven't seen you spam the entire general discussion forums in 3 months. I have seen you post comments that I don't believe contribute to the conversations (ex: bumping a research thread by just saying ZEEEDY) more recently. I already stopped reading your threads altogether because of that.

And you think the Lockdown community is bad? Do you pay any attention to other games, like COD? You also complain about complaints.

You pretty much made a bunch of off-topic or useless threads, taking up room in the subforums and blocking good valid topics. Now you complain about the lack of good valid topics.

I have done research on other communities such as CoD. Why do you think TF2 is the only FPS that I'll ever play? And when you say it's ironic how I say "forcing views", it seems of though no matter what I say, it's going to boost your side.

Wait, which context of forcing views are you doing? Because I thought it was like "I will never ever ever change my views".

If you have done research on other communities like CoD, that means that you should know how much rampant cursing goes in there with insults thrown around like custard in the world's greatest pie fight. And that many people who join SK will probably have played CoD at one point in their life prior to SK.

Your logic is terribly flawed. I'm a Canadian in the heart of Ontario (i.e. greater toronto area). Back in 2012 the latency lag was barely there. 2014? Significant jump. It's just like the connection of Australian SK players on a good day. I have a private network that is very fast and yet still I end up having deaths because of latency lag giving me the finger.

CoD= Call of Duty Way worse community than this one.
I made a thread about this, but i'll post anyway. I hardly lag anymore. I have stopped lagging for the very first time in SK. And it is amazing! My 3 years of suffering have come to an end!
