What I'm suggesting is like a reward system for guilds. Something like a Prestige Badge, but it would probably go next to the Guild name.
It could be a badge that is gained from promotion and/or special recognition within the guild. Officers could be recognized in Haven as an Officer or Guild Master of their Guild and people would know who to ask for an invite. And/or there would be the badge that would be bestowed upon a player by the Guild Master as some sort of recognition for good deeds... or whatever the Guild Master chooses to reward. Perhaps Lead Officer. Of course, upon leaving a Guild, the badges would disappear.

That's my idea of the day, what do you guys think?

Well not quite. It wouldn't be something everyone in the guild would get. It could be though, but I'm suggesting more of a reward system. It would be like a prestige badge, but next to the Guild name instead. I wasn't really suggesting something that could be customized, either. Some similarities, but not quite the same.

Sure, why not? But would the badges be the personal color or? And what would the shape be, like the prestige badge?

+1 to anything that can distinguish the guys that can invite into a guild and the ones that don't.

I figure a star would be a nice way to distinguish Officers/Guild Masters from the others. Some sort of insignia for the rewards. I'd vote Fleur De Lis... it seems rather elegant. Or maybe Guild Masters would have Fleur De Lis as their distinguishing badge.

@Hexzyle: What? I'm talking about badges not crests. And I really don't understand your question anyway. I'm not really sure this is about purchasing anything. Perhaps the extra reward badge given out to a specific individual would have to be purchased... or perhaps it could be an upgrade and more reward badges are unlocked at each upgrade. I guess it would depend on the guild internally who gave out the badges if you don't think the Guild Master should. Again, I'm not sure I understand your question there.
