The title says it all, since im not good with autogun, i dont like slow weapons, and i want a gun with piercing damage.
make a line for antuiga that does piercing damage, and dont change the looks to much.

The community collectively contemplates that it could be an antigua-line pistol as those are bird-themed. In addition, gold and piercing tend to go hand in hand in this game.
We just need to wait for that. Unless it becomes a normal Blaster that inflicts stun. I can see that happening...

Ugh. It looks like an antigua but the 4* version is the same color of a FF and the 5* is the version is the same color as a Furious Flameberge.

Yes because a Leviathan is wielded the same way as a Divine Avenger... or a DVS... like drivers are being used the same way polaris are... obviously... lol
There are difference between weapons. I would give you a nitronome, a mad bomber set and a trinket with bomb dmg med and throw you in a T3 Stratum 6 arena and you would get wrecked... by yourself... without even noticing it
As a hybrid, I can tell that I am good with roughly all weapons but striker, they are the only sword/weapon I can't use...
We all know every Gun is going to come, what is its image and probably even the functionality of each... So why can't we talk about them freely? Even OOO knows we know them...

besides, it's perfectly reasonable. they know some people want spoilers and so they give (see: let them use) a tool that doesn't hurt the game to get them. they just ask you to not post spoilers in here and to not talk about unreleased content. I would do that too, without the giving a tool part.
It was to avoid a warning or a ban for telling a too precise hint about the tool.. however it's a non sense for me... As you said it was entirely to avoid...
