*sigh* Nobody said that every weapon/armor in the game other then stuff for Vanaduke was useless. All of us have some more interesting weapons and armor, scroll up and you'll find everything from Winmillion to Cobalt and all 3 different "classes" in this game. I have a Radiant Sun Shards I bring along for giggles sometimes, along with a sword from the Cutter line(I find it rather useful for picking off Lumbers). We do Vanaduke and JK runs a lot yes. We also do a lot of Tier 3 runs, Basil runs, and if a member wants to then Tier 2 runs. I think in the last week I've done exactly 1 Vanaduke run and 3 JK runs (and JK I was asked to join), some members have done more undoubtedly, some have done even less, I can only speak for myself.
I specifically pointed out that Vanaduke could be solo'd with WHB. I also pointed out that with enough skill (and luck) you could probably solo him with a Proto gun, although it would take an incredibly long time.
You were not booted for your weapon/armor choice, you were booted for the reason that Object told you. You quite honestly were not a good fit for the guild and were insulting the other members to the point no one was going to want to party with you. If you alienate all the other members like that then there is no point in being in the guild as nobody will want to help you out.
That's all I plan to say on this issue. I wish you the best of luck with your next guild, and that it is a better fit hun.

Hey,
I'm not going to spend much time arguing with you, but I'd just like to point out that the hostility you faced was not caused from using sub-par weapons or armor. I believe the comments directed at Alpis were something like "you don't know what investment is? you fail at life" and then after we brought that up Alpis later mentioned something about not reading the comments because he was fighting, to which you responded by telling him he's "illiterate".
We have no quarrel with strange and interesting equipment. I ran Vana with a guild member the other day who wore the entire Quicksilver set. Did we die a little more? Yeah sure, not much more but a bit. Did we really care? Nah of course not. Still miles better than joining a pug where some players revive for more than 100 ce while in our guild runs we routinely complete a Vana run without any ce revives and quickly.
Now I realize you left while I was afk so I'm not sure as to the details after I left, but when I left you were the one trying to pick fights from my perspective. I won't reply to any further comments concerning this, I just wanted to get my viewpoint out there.
