How many dmg DVS charge deal with and without poison? Is it enaugh to one shot vanduke mask in solo elite?

I don't know how much health Vanaduke's mask has. But you can easily compute how much damage a DVS charge does from its wiki page:

Poison's effect on defense and damage inflicted varies by depth or something, but you can expect it to effectively boost your damage by 10%-25%:

Vanaduke's mask has 5000 health on Advanced.
The health multiplier for Normal is 4/5 and the health multiplier for elite is 5/4.
Each member of the party in addition to the first player adds 33% health, which adds up to 199% in a full party.

Definitely not enough to one shot with or without poison. I don't know the actual percentage though, maybe around 15-25% (typically not too much damage bonus-usually none-med). I haven't exactly tested in a solo, but I have used mine plenty of times in 3-4 person parties.
