Appearance: Mid sized body, Main color Blue, Almond eyes. He wears what appears to be a blue flak jacket with yellow trim. He wears an early prototype of the Solid Cobalt Helm, with a high density polymer scarf wrapped around the lower part of his face, covering his mouth.
Gear/Abilities: With an unparalleled affinity for tech, he is able to maintain an advanced UI within his helmet, which he can use to aim his gun to within an attometer of his target, hack other objects, or forsee enemy attacks. He carries 3 guns total, and a thinner, longer rendition of the Leviathan Blade.

~ Reforged Leviathan Blade - It's thinner compusure allows for greatly increased speed, allowing the double edged weapon to keep pace with the fastest of flourishes. ~ Shock Rifle - A high power, high accuracy weapon with the worst fire rate anyone ever saw. It induces shock on contact, but the shock's frequency can be altered to strategically disrupt electrical systems, like a shock that wont hurt you, but shuts down your shield. So on and so forth, the possibilites are endless. It's only effective when used at range due to its terrible fire rate. It must be reloaded after each shot.

~ Moxie and Maxie - Two twin SMGs. Maxie fires Fire rounds, and Moxie fires Shadow rounds. They both have high firing rates and speedy reload times, but because weilding them needs both hands, he keeps his shield on his back while wielding them and can't use it untill he puts them away. Moxie and Maxie can combine in a similar fashion to the delta blasters(http://spd.powerrangersgateway.com/images/weapon1a.gif) to do Normal damage, as a low accuracy machine gun. This still needs both hands, so no shield. 150 rounds each before having to reload.

~ Accel Buster - A basic fire arm that fires bullets at Mach 2. It only needs one arm to fire, so he can use his shield alongside it. It's his most versatile weapon, becuase it has an open round chamber that he can fit custom rounds into. 8 shots till reload.

POWERS
~ Digital Overpowerment - He can overclock his systems, in turn raising his response time and speed. This slowly depletes Shield Energy

~ FlashPoint - He redirects all system power into his sensors and right arm for 20 seconds. He's extremely vulnerable, but whatever weapon is in his right hand will not miss during that time. If he has the Leviathan, he'll be able to parry and block all your moves with ease. It can be beaten by keeping to cover when it's out, or doing enough damage to knock him out of it.

~ LightForm - He just dashes to any point in 400 meters at lightspeed by making a small scale hyperjump. Completely depletes shield energy.
