Okay so I've been pretty bored with running Vana and what not repeatedly with the knight I recently made for Vana. I am using Chaos set, Swiftstrike Buckler, Voltedge, Blitz Needle, and Acheron on this knight... I decided I'd make a gunner setup as well on this knight centered around switch shooting alchemers, simply because I'm bored... Before ANYONE criticizes me for this, reread that statement... "Switch shooting alchemers simply because I'm bored..." ... "Because I'm bored..."

I know that ASI speeds up animations. Does this affect the FIRST attack through shield cancelling?
Ex: Attack with Levi -> Shield cancel

Would ASI change the speed of this?

I know this is probably answered, but I couldn't seem to find anything when I put up the question through Google.

Greetings to you all, fellow knights and commanding officers.

I thought it was a good time to do something other then play Spiral knights, since I have been playing for some time now. Finding out that the testing server was accessible with a simple purchase I gave 10 big ones to the spiral order for access to their testing facilities but on my attempt to then join the server failed, the interface gave me a message saying "Failed to connect to the server." which leads to my question;
Is the testing server down at this time?
