Hi,
I am trying to launch the client with firefox using a macbook air running 10.7.4 and my java has been updated very recently. When i click the play it loads al the way to the launching with 100% and then doesn't open the pop up window with the actual game. Can anybody help (note: please keep it very basic, I'm a computer language virgin)

This is the first time this has happened to me.
In the past, i never had this problem, i was playing fine yesterday but today after a day of work i try and open it up and i get this message.
Any ideas how to fix this? I already followed all the steps, update java, update graphic cards and nothing worked.

Game keeps disconnecting and wont let me back in SK at the loading screen of an LD game or spectator mode. these lockouts last anywhere from 30mins to hours

also about 3-4 hours ago i couldnt access the spiral knights website or STEAM. I also PM'ed my buddy who doesnt play SK to try get on the forum and steam, to my dismay he couldnt get in either. So whats up? is there a lockout going on for Australians?

I am on a Mac running on 10.5.8 version of OSX. Ever since the Guild Hall update, I have crashed every time I have tried to enter my and other's Guild Halls. I enter the guild hall and a few seconds after it loads i crash. If I try and relaunch Spiral Knights, I load back in the guild hall and crash a few seconds later again, before I can exit the guild hall.

It seems this game is still having issues in the year or two I've been gone. I can launch it from here but if I login with my steam account like I am now or if I launch it from the steam program it simply will try to boot up and disappear. Everything is up to date, and as I said it'll launch from this site and the download from this site, but not when I am logged in via steam or using the steam launching of SK. Since I can't use my steam account I obviously can't play even if it launches when I log out of my steam account on here.

Hi everyone. I've heard of this problem in the past, the whole black screen and sudden closing/crashing. Is there a simple solution to resolve this? I'm a loyal player of this game and it just confuses me what's going wrong :c

I have a problem with connection. Every 3-4 minutes world just staying and I can't doing anything. No error, no "lost connection" marker - just that. Also, it happened, when i got through between levels on lift - new level not loading. Helps only force disconnection cable and relogin, but it not work always too. Also, some problems with login - some times it make error, some times just endless login.
I'm using steam, my internet connection 10 mbit, i'm not using router, my firewall is turned off. I have no lags, only bad connection. What's wrong?

SK has been running fine on my machine, apart from a few glitches and >>>>>THE LAG<<<<<< (which is another issue altogether) until today when I tried to play, started up fine, ready room all normal, first thing I noticed was my loadouts missing, thought it might just be a bug, sent a report, equiped my usual LD gear and signed up, when LD started there was no loading screen, and everything was black, chat still worked fine but nothing else would do anything. I tried with missions and the same thing happened

Hey, whenever I try to increase my antialiasing it tells me I have to restart my game, I do this then the graphics stay the same. I dont know why this keeps happening, but I need help!

So, I logged on today to check and see if my current batch of items sold, but I am having a hard time checking my mail --

The 'mail' icon is missing. I think it's snuck behind the 'social' bar, all the pop ups much larger than they should be, only some parts of the page expanding. It also does this to scale for non-full screen mode, and I've tried re-installing spiral knights to no effect.

Any ideas?
