Support portal not working

Those two things are not working for me (Contact Support, Contact Billing, Contact In-Game Support), all other things are working perfectly fine.
When i try to open those things listed above all i see is blank white page.

Mozilla Firefox 14.0.1,
Windows 7 64bit Professional
Java SE 7 Update 05

WRT54G2 Router -- "Entering Ready Room" Time out issue.

Hi, I have been through multiple e-mails with support, and waited months for this issue to be fixed. Is there any plans to ever address this issue? Playing directly connected is not an option for me, and I am disgruntled over how much I enjoyed (and $pent) playing this game to be unable to ever play it again.

If a OOO Staff member could assist with getting this issue addressed, it would be greatly appreciated. I know I am not the only person with this problem.

Going to haven... 89%...stop! Help!

I downloaded the game, clicked PlAY NOW, log in, goto haven,
and then It stops at 89% !!!
Please help me!

And I have to add that when I login as guest I can play normally...
And I have 2 knights, when I choose I can see only head of the first...

Fail to connect to server

I keep getting a message saying 'failed to connect to server' every time i log on its happening too often and it even logs me out in the middle of a run or when i switch havens or go to the next level.

Its happening way to often recently and i dont know what to do. does anyone know how to fix this D:

Something i realized happened to everyone but me when teh download sticks the time doesn't increase drastically, it doesn't increase at all actually...it just stops.

I've had it running in the background for the past 40 hours. This can't be my Que placement.

Btw the game is still stuck at 73%...that number hates me

Stuck at 70%?

I log in as usual, click play, get to 'Downloading Data' and it quits (stops) at 70%. Do I have to wait like 10 minutes or something? Does anyone else have this problem? I just installed the newest version of Java and my browser is Google Chrome. My computer is pretty fast and I have used it for Spiral Knights in the past.

The new patch isn't downloading for me

I am trying to download the last patch for SK ( which include the new danger mission )

When I started downloading the patch it reached 90 % , but now the time left is going up and down like 89:37 remaining then suddenly jumps to 104:12 then goes down again to 81:25.....
All patches before I downloaded them fast but now it seems it will take ages..

I tried restarting steam nothing happened tried to stop downloading , nothing happened .
I hope they fix this as fast as possible

I'm Having Unexpected Errors with Java

I'm having issues with Spiral Knights, every time I try to join a party the screen goes black and then Java does not respond. When I restart Spiral Knights it and click 'play' the message shown "Failed to Connect to the Server." Then I wait for 20 minutes and it shows my knight.

I assure you that I have the latest update of Java, all of the Windows Updates, and the latest client of Steam. I do have a compatible Video Driver Card. I am playing on a 23" All-In-One Touchscreen by Gateway which is 4 GB RAM and 640 GB HDD.
