Today I would like to report a problem i have been getting, everytime i try to validate my account I keep getting the same error "Oops. Something seems to be wrong with the validation information provided in the URL. Make sure the URL shown above matches the one you received in the email exactly and try again." Altough i checked the link many times and i tried various emails, it still doesnt work.

Hi everyone.

I started playing this game a few days ago and have had horrible lag the entire time. Running on the spot unable to move, being dragged across the room, being hurt through my shield, you name it. This is when playing solo and in a group. If anything I've had worse lag while playing solo.

I'm having an issue of my client loading then disappearing completely. I am trying to load the client on my old laptop and I recently updated it last week. It still shows it running Java in Task Manager but nothing happens after that.

So yesterday I did write a ticket to support, now I got a reply, but I can't see it. In almost blank page which opens in steam browser it just says "closed". Any way how I can see it?

I sent in a support ticket for this a while ago, and have heard literally nothing back, so I figured I would post here and see if anyone knows how to fix this.

I have all the necessary requirements to run the game but it becomes pitch black for a while then the game does not open,in the steam menu it says im playing spiral knights but i dont see the game running in my task bar or task manager.I need HELP!

My Steam inventory has the legend "This inventory is not available right now. Please try again later."

This is normal?

This is happening to me since three days ago.
I have seen inventories of friends and so normal, it appears. We can say that my inventory has a public setting.

And send an email to support awaiting a response, but posting this here if anyone has had this problem and I can help.

So, I've been waiting for this event for a while so I can craft the Obsidian edge, However, every time I get to the grasping plateau, the game just closes.
I'm on Steam as well. This is the only time something like this has happened.

I hope this is the right place to put forum problems. I keep getting logged out of here for no reason like every 24 hours. Why can't it KEEP me logged in forever, or at least for 30 days at a time?

Also, while I'm here, why isn't there a list of threads that I have specifically posted in so I can be notified immediately of replies rather than manually needing to bookmark them all one by one?

I updated Spiral Knights about an hour ago through steam, did a mission, but when I attempted to return to the Haven at the end of the mission, I was disconnected. I closed the Spiral Knights window and attempted to reconnect, but when it was logging me in, it closed. In Steam it still says that it is running, so I have to go to task manager to end that task. I have Windows 10 if that's useful to know, and haven't had this problem in the past three years of playing. If anyone knows anything, I would be grateful!
