Connection issue(Loading times)

I use a laptop(Fully updated, I believe). When I play the game, I can only play one depth/level then If I loaded another one, Its just black screen then after a LONG time returns back to login screen.

I believe its RAM, but any official ways to solve this?

SETBACKS:
I don't have the right to upgrade stuff in the laptop, do not own it yet.
I am not a technowizard, so please go easy on me with technical stuff.

Connection Issues

I've had issues with my connection for quite a while now, not my personal internet connection but my connection to your servers. I see that when I choose an option pertaining to which of your servers I am connecting to the only options I have are US East or EU West, but I live on the West Coast of the United States.

Game isn't patching

Well, the message i get doesn't really give me an idea of what could be the problem, last time i login (yesterday) i could play with no problems

I haven't recieved my crystal energy

Considering the fact that this is the only place I can actually say anything since the Billing Support isn't working.

Today I bought with 12.40 euros 3k crystal energy through SMS. I bought before and it all went swell but this time the popup didn't change, it kept telling me to send to the given number "PAY".

What am I supposed to do now? Wait? Because I hope I didn't waste the money for nothing.

You have been disconnected from server

I've been playing for months and never had a problem but, last night I went to log in and when I clicked on which knight I wanted to play it took me back to the log in screen and said "You have been disconnected from server". Everything was running fine earlier (about 7pm) the messages started around 10pm. It's now been about 12hrs and I still can't play. While I admit I don't know a whole lot about computers, I usually know enough or can figure out how to fix small issues but, I know nothing about servers and connecting to them.

Wiki editing - one day for a page to refresh and image's can't be updated

When I edit the wiki all the changes are visible right away but to others only after a day or so, if someone logs in to the wiki using a non-steam account he can see the changes right away but the public sees the page from a day or two ago.

Steam/SK inventory Not there!

My spiral knights inventory on the steam Client no longer seems to be there or display. My SK inventory seems to have been replaced by the inventory of a new game i have never even played before called Crimecraft. Just figured i should post this somewhere it might get seen as it seems to have not been noticed yet or nobody has said anything.

-logging in and out
-switching browsers
-clearing cache
-logging in and out of the English Forum
-trying to post using another knight on the same account

I use a steam account to log into the forums.

I want to see if I can get some help here too.

Game Won't Launch

Doesn't matter if I'm trying to install or launch from the browser SK won't launch and just gets stuck at 100%. My system requirements more then exceed the minimum. Tried many uninstalls/reinstalls. Any ideas?

its say ethier there is a temporary network outage or the sever is not yet fully operational. please wait a moment before reconnecting but my frend is playing and its been doing this for week now
