Just wanted to ask why I get directed to the forums main page each time I try to go to the English Announcements forum. I tried the same on the German and Spanish announcement sections and I can get there fine. I've had this issue for a few days, and it only happened after the forum update thing. I also haven't seen any threads about it, so I thought I could ask.

I've also been getting the Steam Authentication Error like other players. I've been periodically trying to get back on with no avail. However, I've noticed that Hours Played is still increasing; albeit not for the same amount of time I've been off.

Maybe the Steam Server still sees some of us as still being on Spiral Knights eventhough we've logged off and re-installed Steam?

So, I was playing spiral knights about ten minutes ago when it displayed the message, "An unexpected error occurred on the server", and it froze. I tried closing it by pressing the X button. It displayed an "This application is not responding" screen, and I clicked "End Process". Nothing happened, even after a minute. Then I opened Task Manager and ended "javaw.exe". Minutes later, nothing is happening.

I have no clue why this program will not close down no matter what I do. This has never happened before. It's just... stupid.

What should I do?

my graphics and sounds were turned down to minimum, i even restarted java, but it suddenly went to red connection again

my browser works fine, so the only explanation i have is either that the new firefox 7 could be causing the issue or the problem comes from sk

so did any1 notice lag spikes lately? it ruined my fsc run!

btw i was NOT playing at the timings, when i usually lag

how do i add a picture to my self in the forum??

sometime the game crash and display this message:

Display driver stopped responding and has recovered
Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered

any way to prevent this?

OK, so I have a problem with playing Spiral Knights.
I was playing perfectly fine yesterday.

Heres the problem:

I can't authenticate with Steam, so I can't log in.

I've tried this methods:

Logging in and out of steam
Restarting my computer
Reinstalling Spiral knights

Appreciate if someone could provide me with a solution

same problem as Diesektor, the Steam Client update may have caused all Steam users to not be able to log into Spiral Knights.

earlier today i got a popup from steam asking me to restart my client as there was an update that should be applied.
i had just closed Spiral knights before getting it and now i cannot log in. i get the following error message:

"We experienced a problem authenticating with Steam. Please ensure that the Steam client is running and that you are not logged in elsewhere."

i had just be running the game fine before the update and now i cant? I'm definitely not logged in elsewhere
