Okay. This will be brief.

I've been playing this game for a few months assuming you could never use any shortcuts. None of them worked.
I can't copy. I can't cut. I can't paste. The chat is almost completely worthless.

I just found out that Macs can apparently copy and paste if you use windows shortcuts?

How lazy is that?

So, this might sound kind of retarted, but where is your spiral knights folder located? Playing through steam.

Every time i hit the "play" button it starts to load but then goes to an error message saying that Windows couldn't return me to the website and i have to manually go back to the website. It continually does this since I made the download. Anyone else experiencing this?

Today, and yesterday, I've been having one problem. When I try to join parties from my friends list, or even through the arcade gate, I sometimes get disconnected. I lose 10 energy as if I have joined the party, but I when I log back into the game, I'm sitting in haven. WTF? I've lost at least 60 energy from this problem, and am awaiting an explanation.

***This issue may be fixed. If you used to have this issue, and can now patch your game without any problems, please let us know!***
To test if this issue is fixed for you, try to play the game in a different client than what you usually use. If you use Steam, try the desktop client or browser client. If you use the browser, try the desktop client, etc.

What is going on here?

Upon first installing the game from Steam, when it loaded up and finished the downloading/patching, I received the Premature EOF error. The suggested solution is to replace the digest and getdown files with the ones on the download website. Upon doing this, I reopened the game to receive a message telling me that my digest file was invalid. I deleted and redownloaded the digest file, and the client opened for a second, before telling me I need to patch. And it did. When I next reopened it, I got the "invalid digest file" message again.

ran afoul of a virus and had to reinstall my OS, now getting everything else back up and running... all the important system stuff is reinstalled and up to date, graphics, browser, java, etc... now getting to the real reason to own a PC: the gaming!

The spiral knights installer appears to be frozen, it says "downloading control files..." and there is no progress bar. I am guessing this isnt normal but not sure what I can do about getting it fixed. Can someone point me in the right direction?

So I tried logging in shortly after the game update today, and my client files got updated by the SK updater, then it tried to log in and repeatedly said "this game is not open to the public". This was a little unexpected for me as usually during the reboots it gives a message that the servers can't be contacted, so I figured that maybe the update didn't go right.
