I sent an unban appeal before 5 DAYS and still dont have reply,no in spam folder,no in inbox...
Is anyone answering those mails,or that guy just eats donuts?
So are you going to answer,maybe??

More rebooting issue...

Okay, maybe not rebooting, but the game won't restart itself after that new bugfix. Has anyone got a solution like for the last one?

Hello all!

Iam download the game on the steam, and play with my steam account. Im not registred on the webbsite... i used my steam account.... But now i can't login cuz the editors removed the "login with steam account"... what can i do?

[HELP] Account link STEAM, NO more ACCESS TO GAME

I've linked my account (this) to my Steam Acc. Do to personal reasons i've needed to change my Steam Acc to another one, and now i can't get into Spiral Knights anymore. I mean i know the account linked to Steam i've abandoned is lost but, the game doesn't let me get into any other account saying i can't create anymore account from this PC.
I've got a second account i created from the site but still it doesn't let me in saying same thing.

Is there a way to solve this? Like clearin chache or anything? Any way to Un-link the account i first created then lined to steam?

Connecting to server failed

Hey everyone!

Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong forum, but I can't seem to logon to the server. It says "failed" every time. I logged on fine a few hours ago though.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm playing through Steam.
Steam seems to be fine
and nothing's wrong with my card
Is this happening to anyone else?
Was there an announcement I missed, or could someone maybe hint at some potential problems?

Im banned from Spiral Knights and I would love to get unban.
So how can I contact about unban requests?
I tried with contacting support,no answer after 4-5 days.
Any other way?

I can't enter Haven

I start up the game through Steam, and it goes to the character select screen and even says I have a new message, but when I click to start playing, it says "Heading into town..." And doesn't do anything. Does anyone know how to fix this please? Also, I just tried making a new character and that worked fine, and when I logged out the game would load for that character, so apparently only the one slot isn't working... No idea how to fix this.

5. Are you getting a black screen/a malfunctioning full-screen/bad resolution?

You will need to try and set Spiral Knights to its minimum display settings:

Close Spiral Knights (if it's running).
1. Click on the 'Start' menu and then click on 'Run'.
2. Type in "regedit" and hit 'OK': this will bring up the Registry Editor. Warning: Please do not change anything else in the registry since it could cause severe problems.
3. Browse through the registry tree and expand to 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\projectx'
