Hi,

I started playing the game again earlier today and I've noticed I have a small error with my graphics that I'm not sure I had first time I tried..

Basically all the friendly PC and NPC models are showing with a fleshy coloured body, heads and weapons show up fine..

The enemy PC's are all loading ok when they spawn but afterwards become all black..

Anyone else had this problem or have any idea what may be causing it..

Other than that the game appears to run fine..

i got all tier 2 items. the big guy infront of the red barrier said i was cool now to go on ahead. and i couldn't i tried the gate neerby and it took me home. and when i went down again. i still had the same problem. i couldn't go past the red barrier. i was told to contact the gm by team members. so i just removed myself and looked around for away to ask for help. this is what i found.

basically my problem is i start up the game, log in normally, no issues. as soon as i get into the game though, the frame rate drastically drops from 62 frames per second down to about 1-3 frames at random intervals. this continues regardless of if I'm in Haven, in a party in the clockworks, soloing the clockworks or even in the camp before Haven.

i have tried setting the settings down from high to low with no visual difference on the erratic frame rate.

the computer im using components are as follows:
OS: windows 7 64bit
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 3.4ghz
memory: 8gb

when ever i try to start the game it gives me this black screen then suddenly shuts off as soon as some music starts. does any one no what is going on and if you do how can i fix it

I bid on a Dusker Coat recipe couple minutes before the server reboot (reduced to 1334 crowns afterwards). Then, when I finished downloading the new patch and logged back in, I checked "my bids" in Auction House and it said I was outbidded. I didn't receive a mail nor did I receive it directly into my account (still remained 1334 crowns).

Is it possible to retrieve my crowns? I can provide more details regarding my account if needed.

Bought a Mega Magnus from the market, got no mail but the history of my item i bought is listed.

Please check my client log, and give me my weapon, ~Immediately~.

Other things to consider:

- I did not get any mail.'
- I did not obtain any item in my Handgun inventory.
- It's recorded in my history.
- I feel quite ripped off.

So, simply enough, when attempting to log in I just get a red letter message saying I was disconnected, my computer is far above the minimum specs, I have tried turning off my firewalls, and windows UAC is turned off so administration control is not a problems. I am running Windows 7 Professional x64.

I can't play spiral knights but i have all requirements.
I can play until i run up a stair or when i teleport.
This problem is on several pc's.
I have tried this on windows XP,Vista and 7

I don't want to seem like a noob, and chances are this has already been asked. BUT...

Me and my brother have a few different accounts each, not characters, but completely different accounts. but for some reason all the accounts share the same mist energy, which is REALLY annoying... is this meant to be happening? i hope not :( please help?

I want to optimize the game, because I get this weird problem sometimes where everything around me stops moving, but I can still move and on other points of view I'm still moving. Especially bad when I'm trying to fight the Jelly King and I only get 5 seconds of actual movement.

So I lowered my graphics to low, but should vertical sync be checked? Should Compatibility mode? Render Effects sounds like something that shouldn't though. Also, I run the game on Full-Screen if that matters and show attack damage.
