At the moment i cant log in, i just keep getting same message: "Either there is temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait moment before reconnecting".
Because I'm from Toronto, Canada and I have a pretty good internet connection, I play games that are way more graphically and resource intensive than Spiral Knights but I frequently get unplayable stuttering lag from this game.
I have two accounts, both paid, and I cannot make a new free account. Before making both paid I tried making a few accounts not knowing about the free account limit.
I've tried making a new account. I also tried logging into all the previous accounts I attempted to make.
Whenever I run the game the mouse cursor gets a few lines of random pixels underneath it when I'm not playing the game. This occurs whether full screen or window mode. The scrambled cursor persists until I change the resolution of my display. If I change the resolution of the display with SK in windowed mode, the corruption disappears. However as soon as I click the SK window the corruption comes back. The mouse cursor within SK is fine. I've got the latest NVIDIA drivers. (same issue with older drivers too). I've even disabled all graphics optimization in the bios.
When my girlfriend and I play Spiral Knights together, one or both of us suffers performance issues compared to when we play solo (at the same time).
The most commonly occurring problem is when we get on a lift and choose to descend, my screen will hang before the loading screen (I see the depth we just finished at the top, the depth we're going to at the bottom and the descend button). This only seems to happen on depths that are actual levels. The game never seems to hang when descending to the Terminals and Moorcroft Manor.
No offense Spiral Knights is a great game! I'm just not ready for a MMORPG ! I tried a lot of them and I'm more of MMO fan because 2 me it's just better. Please don't ban or kill me while I'm sleeping and just tell me how do uninstall it!

My brother and I share the same pc but could not play because when the energy usage of my account, it uses the account as well. How do I get connected with our energies and we're just using different accounts in the same pc?
Time to time, generally about this time, the server connection becomes very unstable, constant drops outs, lag spikes as long as five minutes (why the hell is the drop out timer so long?), failure to load and numerous other issues. Now I know for a fact it's not my internet as that performs fine at every other task, and I know that it's not server wide, as friends of mine are suffering from no issues what so ever.
