After my client updated this evening it shut down when I tried to log on. I tried a couple of times and it continues to give a problem report. I am running the newest version of java on my imac os 10.newest. I uninstalled and tried to use the web launcher as well as downloading a new copy to my desktop. The updates work but the client wont log on.
I can provide the error logs but they are pretty long and I am unsure how much personal info is in there.

In game: depth 9; just entered out of the arcade from Moorcroft Manor.

Was fine until I entered the dungeon level- the client just completely bogged down-- the whole 3-5 second delay between commands and movement.

I turned the graphic quality all the way down, which seems to have helped it out- there's no more moving background, in addition to closing down all my other running programs (including a Terminal window-- the Java client was taking up 96 of my %CPU).

My system might just be outdated, however:

I'm having this strange problem that only happens when I play spiral knights so I'm assuming it is related to the game in some way. I'll be playing along and my wireless modem disconnects from the internet. Looking at the network connections under the control panel it shows as disabled. When I click to enable it, the dialog box says it is enabled, but it still doesn't work. The only way to fix it is to restart my computer and then everything is fine.

So on my Mac, I'm seeing extremely low frame rates.

Another game that I have -- UfoAi -- gives me good frame rates when GLSL shaders are turned off, and horrible frame rates when turned on. And that's the same low frame rate I'm seeing here.

So, does SK use GLSL shaders? And if so, can we get an option to not?

Time Warner offers a cable broadband package called 'Road Runner Lite' which is a little cheaper than the standard cable internet from them but has the speed capped at something like 768kbps down/128kbps up, like most flavors of DSL

this has been just fine to me for most of my online gaming (i play a lot of team fortress 2) but it doesn't seem to be enough for Spiral Knights since i end up with a 5-second delay while I'm playing

After tonight's update I am receiving the message "The game is not currently open to the public". I am using the same log in as earlier today. ;/ I removed the game and downloaded a new copy which did not help.

Or something's really bad, and it has been all week. When I go to attack, my guy kind of indecisively jerks his sword around. Crystals take three or four button presses/animation cycles to actually pick up. I slide halfway across the room and directly onto spikes. For a game like this, that's unplayable.

I'm totally willing to blame Comcast, but is there an IP I should run a traceroute to to try to see where the problem is?

Erm Hi i can't seem to download Spiral knights, I get this message:

I've tried to see if it was because I had to uninstall it but when I wen't to my control panel it wasn't in the list of downloaded software.

I was pretty excited to get the preview event email. Haven't had much success since updating the client however.

The client said it did not recognize my account from previous events. So I re-registered. Then I tried to use the new, confirmed account to log in. Again, no recognition. So, I made my way here, only to find the forums and wiki do recognize me.
