I've been having issues that stops me from entering the ready room after the character select screen. I can still enter the game using a direct connection instead of through the router. I sent a bug report and the explanation was a random glitch that can come up in the router. Is there a more solid explanation and fix to this rather than resetting the router and waiting for X seconds?

P.S.: I tried setting the MTU to manual and 1458, still nothing.

It's odd...sometimes when I try to switch areas in Have (or to the guildhall), the game goes to a black screen and then stays there. I'm not sure what is happening exactly...

I should note that I can still open up the ESC menu and logout. However, when I try logging back in, the game hangs up indefinitely, trying to log in. I can't log in for a few minutes. I'm guessing I can log in again until my previous instance is kicked for DCing. This only happens on my Windows computer.

I know this could just be a steam issue, but since the last patch my game has been acting weird. specifically, sometimes (not often, but three times in the last four days) the game will just suddenly close with no explanation. Nothin running. Then, when I try to log back in - especially if I was in a level when it happened - the game will just freeze instead of re-loading me like it should do, and I get a message about Java having stopped working.

Every time I try resetting my password, I never receive an email to do so. I've tried over and over and it won't send it. I can only sign into spiral knights through my steam account but I'm currently running spiral knights on a chromebook running ubuntu which has NO steam support. So I have to run it through the browser. PLEASE HELP. I just want to play some damn spiral knights :l

Hello there, I'm Syras, I'm having an issue...I see all over the place that I should have Guild storage available, yet I look and there is none...and btb I'm not a recruit, I'm the guilds founder, and am still a guild master.

I log on to Spiral Knights. I click my character. I click Go to Haven. I get transported back to the Spiral Knights log-in screen.

I have seen how to fix these problems but i have no clue where to find the folder to put "getdown.txt". Is it because i downloaded it with steam? if not PLEASE help me i HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO

yeah i cant seem to update the game. i play it from the the browser play option it gets to like 71-75%( itried multiple times) and then it just starts counting up (i let it sit there to see if it was just more stuff it had to download but no i let it count up to 80 min(didnt really take 80min probably 10min) i also tried downloading the game that still didnt work.

if anyone can help me its appreciated. thanks
