Help me! My browser/the SK website has suddenly decided that I live in Germany, and now the entire website is in German. I have gone into my Forum preferences and confirmed that my language is still English, but for some reason the site insists on loading the /de version instead of the /en version. How can I change this back?

I clicked the desktop shortcut to launch the game, but it exits the very second I launch it. What's going on? Is there something wrong, or is there a downtime occuring?

Hi, I have problems with the Windows installer. I'm on Linux and everything works fine and smooth, then I installed the game client on my sister's laptop since she wanted to play too (Win-7 Ultimate). The problem arises after updating the client (the usual 30% after a fresh install), with guest login, it's okay (meaning playable) but when an account is logged in, it downloads a lot of files and says that 'Please wait while the entire game is being downloaded' or something like that. I don't remember it happening on my Linux install (I've just started 3 days ago).

It is still possible to edit the OP of the thread. I think. I kinda tested it, although I didn't actually add/take anything to/off it.

For whatever reason someone may have for doing that, I just thought it would be good for the GM's to know that it seems possible to edit the OP of a locked thread.

Every time i go to the spiral knights wiki to look up info on something, the webpage totally freezes up. And then the page goes blank as an error pops up saying paged killed with an X'ed out smiley face under it X(

If anyone can tell me what's wrong with my wiki i would appreciate it very much so.

i just bought 9 euro 50 cents worth of energy and i topped up by a tenner, they sent me 2 9:50 texts and took all my [scrapping] credit and its stuck loading on the game so they just took 10 euro from me and say i dont have enough credit! what the [scrap] is this!

More and more often I've been having my SK window freeze up and go into a unresponsive state. Normally I wouldn't mind just closing it and restarting SK, but EVERY TIME it crashes there's no way to close it. Red X? nope. Task manager->end task? nope! Taskkill Command prompt!? NOPE!! Not even that has an effect. it just sits there and consumes hoards of RAM and who knows what else until I completely restart my laptop. which takes a long time and is definitely annoying.

idk if its some kinda lag since i got 5 bars and my internet is okay but my knight has been going into areas and either i get pushed or pulled around the map, and recently my knight starts to do something like attack and he freezes up or loops the animation, while everything else on map is moving around normal. idk what is going on i'm on steam and this stuff did not happen before now i got this happening if anyone can help please it would nice.

An issue I've noticed now and then when I occasionally get disconnected, I'll be doing, say, a floor in the clockworks.
I might disconnect now and then, and that's a given, and your system seems to be almost competent in returning me and whom I presume knights/players with the same issue.

I (and many others I think) have experienced that Spiral Knights have incredible laggy servers. I played one mission today and lost my energy. I was forced to buy 100 energy for around 7,5 crowns (or whatever the price is) and died shortly after that causing lag. Others have truly experienced that too, so I hope you Spiral Knights guys can fix this (and give me my 7,5 crowns back). I have played lots of times with lag, lag and lag. Please fix this!
