Have a suggestion for Spiral Knights? We would like to hear it.

Day/Night themes[4 of 4 tasty suggestions]

Other than status themes, the addition of night on levels randomly.

At the gate, an NPC knight[most likely a recon knight] stands next to a locker filled with recon-light packs that are auto-added to a knight that passes through. Every knight is individually lit with a circle of light.

Different from Candlestick Keep in that light in constant, though the darkness is pitch black until you have explored it.

Swamp Levels[3 of 4 tasty suggestions]

Reason to bring new monsters( to widen the range of beast family in particular).

The addition of knee-high water as a deterrent(Similar to snow patches in Grinchlin Assault).

Something like this has been suggested on forums before, check it out!

Experienced/Battle-Torn Vanity feature[2 of 4 tasty suggestions]

Similar to the "allow inspect button" that is interchangeable, a button should be made available that shows a different experienced/battle torn skin to a visible item(helm,armor, shield, weapons, costumes, etc.) of choice.

Based on the Veteran Prestige Badges, it unlocks for a higher class of item(For example, 5k prestige unlocks this feature for 0* and 1* items, 10k for 2*, 15k for 3*, 25k for 4*, and 45k for 5*/costumes.)

flickering-glow eye(s)
scarring/tearing
rust
missing helmet chunks
asymmetric themes

Make the Emergency Revive not instantly activated upon death

Am I the only one who gets annoyed by this? Because each time my screen stops working, it makes Spiral Knights go in the (Not Responding) mode. Somehow if I die, the emergency revive has activated by itself and it shouldn't do this when a crash has occured. Now I am not sure if the game even crashes but I've lost like 50 sparks because of this and it is killing me when this happens, every time. I have contacted support about this and they asked me to send my system info and when I sent them, I got no response whatsoever.

Orbs in training hall

Guild Training Hall is really good place for testing weapons and armor. Maybe add orbs for more interesting information about DPS or defense on some armor?

Add a filter on Recipes and Inventory for damage/defensive-types

Basically, there's times when I'm in a specific level and I want to try out some new armor that's fitting for that theme.

All this would do on the top would add an option to list equipment by type. For example:

List Equipment using Normal-type
List Equipment using Piercing-type
List Equipment using Elemental-type
List Equipment using Shadow-type

Let's say I want to figure out something to go with my Volcanic Plate Mail. I would bring up the option to look for "Equipment using Elemental-type."

Give Monsters a slight boost of 'Moderate' defense against Specialized damage?

tl;dr: Make monsters slightly resist the specialized (meaning, not Normal) damage they are 'Moderate' against. As such, it would make Acheron's basic attack less effective than Flourish on Beasts.

After some thought, and browsing through the helpful wiki page, I've had this brilliantly dumb idea.
According to this page, a Monster has 3 classes of Defense: Weak, Moderate, and Strong. So this would mean an Undead is Weak to Elemental, Moderate to Piercing and Normal, and Strong against Shadow.

Steam market/Silver Key potential

Hi ooo, posted a suggestion not long ago (http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/100245)

I was hoping that if you took my previous suggestion. could you also please make the silver key and promo lockboxes to be steam marketable.
in short if you didnt read my previous post: you can make the silver key a demanded tool by implementing future promo boxes to need keys to unlock. instead of purchasing, promo lockboxes are gathered via the prize wheel and pvp bribes.
