It seems to only show the drops for completed missions.
Does anybody have data on the first level of sewer stash (in elite)?

Sewer stash 1st lvl is a lichen lair style depth, so expect an average of about 10-11 boxes per depth, at around a 0.36% chance of an orb from a box.
And yes, one of the major reasons for me stopping adding to the data was OOO changing the rates (restarted 2 times due to announced changes). That being said, they haven't announced any changes since the start of that data.
