Would like some 5* gear advice and 2 swing sword advice.

Hey forum, I'm currently wearing:
Ash tail cap
Ash tail coat (low fire resist uv)
Wise owlite
Silent nightblade
Avenger (just got this)

Also have:
Master blast bomb
Ascended calibur

My questions:
1. Should i upgrade both armour pieces to vog or one skolver and one vog?
2. Any tips for using 2 swing swords (avenger in particular)?
3. Any tips for tier 3?

1. Full vog will make FSC

1. Full vog will make FSC much easier, at least until you are familiar enough in there to rarely get hit, then you can wear something comfortable. Go half and half if instead you want a more balanced set and increased sword damage.

3. A few tips...
If you aren't attacking you should be shielding.
Take it slow.
Fight in groups.
