Well I have the solution!
Make equipment have 2 forms (Clockwork form and Coliseum form), equipment will change forms as soon as you enter the coliseum, stats and mechanics for a form can be different from the ones on the other form (For example Shard Bombs can work like before the nerf while on Clockwork Form, and the current Shard Bomb mechanics can be used in Coliseum form)
If this gets implemented (I doubt it will anyways, lol), then OOO can do PvP-centered buffs/nerfs without affecting the PvE players! (And viceversa of course)
Oh and to prevent confusion, both forms's stats and mechanics will be shown on the gear's tooltip

God no. There's already enough weird or inconsistent mechanics between PvE and PvP, like innate defense and invinci-frames, we don't need MORE of that.
