It has nothing to do with the server. There are plenty of Asian players in SK.
Try using the client and doing the facebook login trick

what do you mean using the client? I main Thor is on steam, but I made plently of alts that does not use the steam and relies on this site. so since the steam cant identify "Spiral Knights" and since it saids its not available in your region, of course I went to the site abd tied my alt. but, when I clicked on the BIG PLAY NOW! button, it just like went to a google and it was typed /rungameid/9990... I cant believe this is happening because I know there is gotta be someone in South Korea that plays this... I actually kinda know comeone who does ig. OOO, can you try to fix this issue? I know this is going to be a good summer, but when I come back and all, Im going to get kicked out of my guild :<

The game is strangely region locked on Steam... but regardless you can still download it in Steam and play it that way.
Use the URL directly: steam://install/99900
I found this information myself a while ago by searching "Spiral Knights Region Unavailable" on Google, and the following thread is the result. The answer is in the last post.

Just have steam running and paste that link into the address bar of your Internet browser. You should get a pop-up from Steam asking you if you want to install Spiral Knights.

I'm not supposed to have access to SK either because of my location (it's unavailable lolol). All you gotta do is ask a friend on your friend's list to get in-game, then after it shows that they are in-game in SK, click "launch game" from them, and you'll be able to install it :)

It's impossible to download SK from Steam directly outside US/UK.
I'm also an Asian player from Steam. It didn't let me download at first.
You'll have to sneak through by having a friend who has already installed SK online, and get him invite you.
(Yes, this is how I go through, too)
