I have been think about this but I can't seem to see which is better.Since CIV have high undead it will be useful for FSC.Levi seems to be good for everything else.I am starting to think CIV is better but every time I change my mind.I want players to recommend what's better for me.

I mean, really, how often are you going to do FSC? But if you want the best sword, get a combuster. Hits 0-5% less than Levi, but continues to hit multiple enemies multiple times with fire damage.

Yep, can Combuster on zombies made out of fire... makes sense to me. Glacius or the volt brandish line say hi though.
Are they gonna fix this someday and make elements have its own "triangle"?

Anyway, Levi because CIV does marginally more damage to undead vs using an element sword, and less damage to everything else.

There exists something of a circle for status; fire status can't be put upon fire enemies, curse -> undead, freeze -> frozen enemies, etc.

if you have 2 weapon slots
if you have 2 weapon slots you want a levi, because you can't specialize and the levi is better at a neutral role
if you have 4 weapons slots, get an elemental weapon instead of either. if you get one, make it the levi because it's better for vana...which is the only purpose either serves if you have enough weapon slots to specialize. also levi is better against 5/6 monster types than the civ, and undead are really easy.
there is one thing going for the civ: it looks cooler. so if you can deal with a sword that is only a little weaker but looks a lot cooler, get the civ. there's no other reason to get it.

Well I say CIV because it looks a lot cooler and that's what matters to me. Call me shallow; I don't really care. So what if it takes me a couple minutes longer to kill Vanaduke--you win or lose FSC on strategy and damage avoidance, not weapon stats. To be fair though, I play mostly AP and shivermist, so the sword isn't really my primary...
I will admit I'm quietly hoping that they fix the CIV/LEVI balance so that the CIV is better, though.

I'm probally going to use a Levi.And going to use a blizzard brand for FSC.
Go levi.
Quicker to get, but mainly dukes mask phase. Resist to all but normal. You will want the extra damage there. Still, better in more ways an every way.
