PERSONALITY: Smart, ready for action. Happy to be a Spiral knight and thinks it is a great honor that Feron has chosen him to be a knight. Likes piercing weapons and is a striker. Kind-hearted but a little full of himself.
APPEARANCE/ARMOR: Wears an ash-tail set.
WEAPONS: Swift Flourish and an antigua.
HISTORY/BACKROUND: Father was a well-known knight and Artist wants to live up to be what his father was. When he was 7, Artist's father was killed on a Vanaduke run. From then on, Artist vowed to become the best spiral knight ever and to take out Vanaduke. Because of this Tragedy, Artist does not have any patience for monsters in the clockworks. He made many friends and with their help decides to try Vanaduke. He fails and just barely escapes Vanaduke's clutches. His friends were not as lucky. Now Artist, after much more training, is ready to destroy Vanaduke once and for all.
RELATIONS: None
PETS/SIDEKICKS: A small purple jelly cube that has followed him around ever since he killed the Royal Jelly King.
EXPANDABILITY: I am ok with my character dying. Just, with the sad backround, could u make it Dramatic or something like that? i mean if u choose my character.
OTHER: Artist is willing to lead ppl if any are unsure of what to do next. As he is not a general or of any high rank he is not usually chosen to lead a group. But if he is needed when the leader's abilities have been depleted he will step up at the chance.
TWIST DEGREE: I really dont care if it ends up my character is an assassin or whatever, just dont make him a complete opposite of how i described him.

Welp!
Name: Tsun
Gender: Female
Personality: Tsun is a bit of a mischievous knight in her off time, Pulling harmless pranks and using her sharp tongue to her advantage; usually leaving the victim so confused as to whats happening, and others chuckling to themselves. She can be quite harsh sometimes, and always says things far to bluntly, but usually does so unintentionally.
But when things get serious, Tsun does to. Usually by smashing with lighting reflexes and Claymore, her Sudaruska.
NOTE: "Tsun" comes from "Tsun Tsun" which can mean morose, pointed, aloof; and is commonly used in "Tsundere" which implies coldness, cruelty, or otherwise giving the object of their affection a hard time. Use that as you will for Tsun's personality; I mean, i did chose it for a reason. ;3
Appearance/Armor: She has striking green eyes and always wears a scarf... See here...
She is also a tad bit taller then the average knight... (+1 height)
Weapons: Claymore, Her Sudaruska skinned Khorovod; Meteor, A gun that launches different bombs; and her bare hands... :3
History/Background: Tsun Reached this world quite unconventionally: While her drop pod was falling, she pried it open and stared down at it... she took it in, and holds that memory close. During that fall though, her proto weapons were lost, and her pod landed far to the south, in a mountain range filled with wolvers and gremlins. Eventually HQ found her, taking her back to haven.
Since then, Tsun has proven to be overly good at what she does, which is; tearing through enemies, smashing obstacles, and not being noticed until its too late. She doesn't really travel in a squad, but has a tendency of finding a squad and simply saving their butts, but she'll only stick around if it's got a grand or important mission- or HQ requests her to go.
She has worked with Feron in her early days...
Relations: She is quite loyal to HQ in general, but will not do anything for them if she senses something wrong, until she gets more info. The only relations other then that are with gremlins, and will hide from any squad she happens to be in while in a area with gremlins, so as not to give a bad image.
'Twist' Degree: She'll not really be against squads, unless they're doing something that she has information about, or feels strongly about. She could be working with an unknown neutral force, probably of gremlin origin, and may do things according to her own agenda. Tsun's personality is not going to change much, and neither is the Claymore going to disappear. To do what others have.... I'd like to keep her at about 10° .. OR 170° ^-^
She also can be sown to be amazing with sentient machinery, due to where she landed.
Pets/Sidekicks: Nope, but she will on occasion get some gremlin or machine assistance.
Expendability: Tsun's not really one to die, or get injured, seeing how she heals fast and is crazy survivable. But she'll often leave the story for many reasons... If she does die, She'll go out Kicking, screaming, and Beating the absolute CRUD out of what kills her. Monster or trap. Tsun beats the spike trap unmercifully and finally fires a Blast bomb/AoA fusion at point blank at it.
Note: if you have any questions about Tsun, Please ask then, I know more, but probably forgot to put it in here.

Rolecasting will be open for a long time still, however as I said in the OP, the later a character is suggested the less chance of them getting a role as spaces are filled up, at the moment I've planned the story to a 'turning point' kind of moment, while there are a few spaces still left before that point I don't know exactly how many new characters, if any, I will need after that point as the story starts to diverge in a few directions.
As for your character I'm not sure if Vanaduke will play much of a role in the tale, but the character is good overall but just may not fit in.

Sorry to lump you together like this but I would be saying the same thing for each of your characters (Nill, Remus, Dusk, Horizon respectively), if I do use them it will likely be as minor roles, characters with greater description will tend to get better roles.

I looked at your Fan-Fic and it is far too complex and beyond my level of understanding to comprehend, seeing as your own work has surpassed mine in terms of posts I'm guessing your character and story has far too much appeal and description for me to ever be able to emulate to a satisfactory degree in my comic here, it was a wise choice to post that mention of your own work so people would flock to its true genius instead of my garbage, so much so I considered asking a mod to remove it least it overshadow all other posts here. Your characters are too much for me to ever do justice to and as such I won't be using them as they are far too epic for the likes of mere so-called writers like me.

Ok so let me get this straight, are you saying you want the team revised before you include it? Do you want something that no one minds getting killed off? Do you want them to be less bad***? Do you want me to do a background revision, name the squad something else, etc.? Or do you simply want some deliberate cannon fodder thrown in here?
By the way, you don't HAVE to include them. I submitted Beta Squad before you released Omicron 1 to the public. The whole idea of yet ANOTHER highly trained, cold-hearted, special forces recon team with a slightly different team dynamic kinda seems pointless to me. :/
One other question too, at what point do you deem a character overpowered?

The solo bomber
Name: Jax

Appearance/Armor: This
Weapons: While he doesn't carry them all at once, the following items can be found in Jax's weapon chest: every chemical bomb, modified Nitronomes that create small force fields rather than blasts, regular Nitronomes, Radiant Sun Shards, Dark Briar Barrage, Irontech destroyers, "sentry bombs" that function like the claymores in Modern Warfare, cold snaps, firecrackers, and static flashes. He also sometimes carries a Callahan, but usually finds that it's better to just bring another bomb.
History/Background: Before he became a knight, Jax worked as a demolition expert - clearing terrain, removing obstacles, that sort of thing. Because he showed a unique talent for his explosives, he was converted into a bomber. He had a tendency for being a bit reckless though, and his career went south after one of his blasts caused a squad mate to lose his leg. Because of that experience, Jax lost a lot of confidence in himself and vowed to never put another knight at risk again. He has since then become one of the Spiral Order’s few solo bombers and has gained a reputation for some of the most precise bombing ever seen. Despite all this, he is still burdened by the pain he caused and is very hard on himself.
Personality: Jax isn’t one to get to close to people; feeling that somehow he’s just as dangerous as the bomb in his hand. He’s a knight of few words and spends a lot of his time thinking and planning tactics. He is frequently plagued with nightmares from his past actions.
Relations: Before the accident, Jax got along well with most people. Since then, he’s been a bit of a loner.
'Twist' Degree: A solo bomber may be difficult to incorporate so I don't mind if you change him up a bit, I'd like for his appearance to remain though. :T

character submission: Rigor [slight edit]
Name: Rigor
Gender: Male
Personality: A crotchety, old loner. Similar to a prospector or mountain man from the old west.
Appearance/Armor: "Gone native" after an incident in his past, his gear is as close to gremlin in appearance as possible--though there's no hiding his unruly, oversized mustache. As many bomb bandoliers as possible.
Weapons: Bombs, bombs, more bombs.
History/Background: Originally the squad leader of a famously rough-and-tumble mining detachment, it's hard to say whether Rigor was better known for his massive demolitions expertise, or his cantankerous antics. During one particularly well-known incident, Rigor earned himself the nickname of "The Mad Bomber of Sirus B," after blowing up an entire mining asteroid (someone bet him he couldn't do it). Rigor has been MIA, however, ever since a squad guarding his mining detail massacred a peaceful gremlin outpost. Bits and pieces of the rogue squad were found, but Rigor wasn't, and despite massive pressure from HQ, the remainder of Rigor's mining unit refused to say what might have happened to him. Though some believe he must have perished in the blast that demolished the squad of rogue knights, from time to time, scouts venturing deep into gremlin territory have reported seeing a gremlin with a massive mustache--but the knights are always too busy dodging explosions to get a good look. At the time of his disappearance, Rigor was completing work on a new technology for Spiral Knights HQ: a weapon of absolute last resort he referred to as the Mortis. In the most dire of circumstances, without any hope of rescue, a knight could activate the Mortis, which would draw out and release the poor soul's latent energy, to create an explosion of incredible size and power. Unfortunately, all of the research on Rigor's Mortis, as well as the prototype, disappeared with their creator.
Relations: Nothing and no one.

Pets/Sidekicks: "Timmy," a young gremlin Rigor took as his apprentice--an orphan of the massacre that made him turn his back on HQ.

I'm dont know if you guys have a opening or not but ill try.
Name: Riiko
Personality: A cheerful mate who likes to work with his hands. Need those wires cut? No problem. Need the area ahead bombed? No worries. Need someone to jump into a deep hole and check things out? ... Sure! =D He's eager to help, and a spastic, has a unusual affection for his pet snipe Seargant Fluffers. Though in reality he really isn't to keen on making friends. He's more about duty and responsibility, and as cheerful he appears he's got a good solid head on his shoulders. He's way more intelligent then he appears, despite giving poor one liners. He is a very technical guy, can fix anything and knows much about gremlin constructs. He perfers light weaponry, as he perfers light quick attacks over heavy ones. He has a passionate despise for bombs for some odd reason, though we never know why.
Appearance: Snipe stranger hat, Vita Armor, grey owlite sheild. (can be changed except the snipe hat (not seargent fluffers! D= )) Weaponry is up to you but perferred to be light.
Background: The newbie freshie. Enuff said, not much known, but has risen in ranks due to his encyclopedic memory on anything construct wise. Rumored to have discovered the one roarmulus twin weakness. (brute force to the muzzle)

You say the word and he's in, you already have a detailed character so there's not much I intend to change, may customize the armor and weapons a bit and will likely give him a heavily customized Owlite shield (I find the Grey Owlite Shield looks obnoxious for some reason :P) that is less 'glowy', besides that he'll be pretty much as you described.
If you are okay with these changes then I will confirm your character's role, otherwise I will reopen the role for others.

Jax is a character who I will keep in mind for now, and I am following your updates on Drake. The only time I can really deem a character as "over powered" or not is when I see the description for them, a knight can be quite powerful (to a reasonable point) provided there is a good explanation behind them, Ailment's character is a good example of what I mean by here.

Your probably quite right there when you say Theo is unlikely to get accepted, characters that are more fleshed out are more likely to get greater consideration then less detailed ones.

No he's not in, honestly there's hardly anything in terms of description you put for him there compared to the characters that I do choose to use, I would strongly suggest fleshing him out more or submitting a better described character if you want a greater chance of having a character of yours make it in.

Here's a character I'd like to submit. It would be my first try on submitting a character to a fanfiction ever. We'll see if he'll fit, shall we?
Species: Gremlin
Name: Alzar
Gender: Male
Personality: Docile, easy-going; completely unlike every other gremlin.
Appearance/Armor: Wearing a pale, slightly torn Emberlight refugee clothing.
Weapons: A Super Stun Gun, modified to be more accurate and hold more rounds. (Doesn't have to look different)
History/Background: He was always different, from the very moment of his birth. Unlike all other mischievous little gremlins, Alzar remained unruffled, which concerned his parrents a lot. As he grown up, he left the Great Colony to avoid draft, caused by aliens who were said to be attacking Cardle. Alzar has always been thinking outside the box, thus noticing that the said "attackers" look for no more then to escape. The faster they reach the Core the faster they'll leave, however helping them would mean a permement banishment for treachery. Still, being the only one to have found a way to make them vanish without any bloodshed he had to make the choice. Now Alzar hides somewhere in Heaven, feeling a strong affiliation with the Spiral Order, helping them in whatever way he can.
