I am getting sick of pow spamming a lot of fanfics. He never finishes his own and they are terrible. How can no GMs take notice of pow's spamming? He is no doubt very immature and he is breaking the forum rules. I do believe spamming is against the rules of the forum. I see a bunch of fanfics spammed by him.
Just any GM, ban him from the forums at least!
Edit:to at least show that we all hate pow's terrible fanfics. Nobody should post a singe reply to his fanfics. He maybe get the message...
I think yours is at least the third. There may have been more that I'm unaware of.

Congrats Pow, you've accomplished a very difficult thing to do, which is ticking me off, I consider myself to be one of the more tolerant figures on this forum but your turning the Treasure Vault into something like the Suggestion forum with people making threads with the sole purpose of demanding people stop posting poorly thought out ideas they threw up without any thought or consideration, only difference is that it's not 'people' it's just you single handedly upsetting an entire community of dedicated Spiral Knights fan work creators.

From what I understand you've received a number of complaints (including from me) about the behavior of the user Powpowpowpowpowpow on the forums, specifically in the Treasure Vault section, I'm not sure whether he is doing it for attention, thinks he's somehow been funny, or actually thinks he's contributing but the opinion of the community is that he's gone too far with has antics and is ruining the experience in the forum for many people.
I'm not sure if you have already sent him a warning or are still looking into the issue but whatever the case he has disregarded any sort of request from the community to curtail his constant trolling, flaming, and spamming. If your still looking into it I've listed a number of threads that show his poor and inconsiderate behavior.
There any many so called 'Fan-Fics' he has created that he essentially uses for trolling, flaming and spamming, posting nonsense and ravings in a seeming attempt to keep his own threads on the front page while pushing others down, if you read through these you will find there is really no attempt at making any sort of Fan work of any sort on his part:

Worse then these is his need to bring his awful behavior into the works of other people, often posting just to say how great his own non-existent stories are, advertising his own work in other peoples works, and starting flame wars and spamming without any sort of meaningful commentary. If your looking for examples you only need to look at any of the fan works on the first and second page and you will almost certainly find examples of his blatant disrespect for the work of others.

If you have warned Powpowpowpowpowpow already he hasn't heeded it, if you haven't warned him there's more then enough evidence about the negative impact he is having on the forum and a stern word from a mod is long overdue.
If you did warn him please seriously consider BANNING him cause there is not a single person who dedicates their time to making fan work for Spiral Knights who would miss him if he goes.

I seriously hope you get BANNED, you are the first person I truly dislike here and I will consider a warning a disappointment at this point, if you do get a warning I WILL make it a point to request you get banned if you still don't get the message afterwards.
Dang pow, you have gotten teh most tollerent (as he has said before) person in the TV to hate you and, even then, he hasn't been raging and profaning on you (AHEM Atrum... Kaij...) you should REALLY heed this warning, this is one of the most sophisticated "back offs" I've seen. I would really take it into consideration.

Wow. You know... I think I actually feel pity for the entire forum now. The fact that people are actually getting angry over this is astounding. I've gone through all the psychological "stages" about this. Denial, bargaining, all that stuff, and now I'm at "acceptance". I realise this makes me sound somewhat unstable, so I'll add that it's merely because I don't want this forum to be torn apart any further. The sooner everyone gets through this, the easier it'll be.

But it will be hard to earn back any reputation you might have had before this incident. You are not liked because of you helping Pow out.
