My entry... I hope I managed to get in on time.

Date of completion: January 31 10 pm sharp!
Describe how your image was created: Sketch in SAI painter, finished in Photoshop CS2
Weapon line name: Reaver line. Split Normal/Piercing damage.
~3* Reaver
A weapon made from an experimental and potentially dangerous idea: weapon fusion. While the original idea was to make a Snarble barb as strong a Troika, the experiment soon turn unstable, producing only this sword. Infused with piercing power from the barb, this heavy and odd colored sword shows signs for an odd and malevolent development.
-Recipe
10 red shard
3 sharp fangs
2 driftwood
1 Snarble barb
~4* Mauler
An upgraded Reaver. Already showing signs of corruption, this fierce sword deals tremendous damage and knock back to any foe unlucky enough to meet its blade. User reporting hearing a beastly, barely audible voice coming from the weapon urging them to find it a worthy prey, pulling them toward potential targets.

2 Redwood
1 Snarbostuffing
~5* Ravager
The finished Reaver, finally displaying it's true shape. A savage blade whose power broke its limiters, howling loudly with every swing that hits a foe as it sends it flying apart. Only strong knights with enough willpower can hope to tame its blade and its devastating power.

Put a TL;DR on a simple vote... oh well.
First, I vote for the Whip Line:
-When crafting from star to star, none of the additions get removed, giving more of the impression of a single sword just being upgraded.
-It's got a great design, how looks like it would actually work mechanically instead of just being magic.
Second, I vote for the Scuttlebot line:
-Upgrades well, no additions removed.
-Shock is good for crowds, Trokia charges are good for crowds. Now we've got both!
-These pictures are nice and neat too!
-I want to beat up Scuttlebots with Scuttlebots.
Third, I vote for the Jelly line:
-Again, upgrades pretty well.
-A heavy piercing sword would be nice.
-I'm hungry.
TL;DR:
Whip Line.
Scuttlebot line.
Jelly line.

my first 2 star wep is troika cause a friend gave it to me. i kinda got disapointed because it didnt have elemental line
so this comp is awesome. i woulda entered but i started this game a week ago and well i disnt kno about forums till 2 days ago. hehe lol.
my 1st vote is conductor line becuaase it looks right with the other lines.
plus it looks robotic. I LUV ROBOTS.
2nd would be oiler line no real reason
3rd is leaf line cuase imma naruto finatic and it reminded me of hidden leaf village lol.

as you can see i like the show fullmetal alchemist so yea..uh...akward. They alchemize cool stuff in the show and in spiralknights you can alchemize gear.
so i think its cool how people are creating their own lines.

Well the rules say nothing about voting for yourself, but I think doing so would be frowned upon so I won't :P
1. Dill-Samwich for his Whip line, if that's what u do when your lazy I can't imagine what u could do when motivated :P
2. Breaker-Xd for his Windy line, the amount of detailed description is impressive, so are the 3D models
3. Tevokkia for her Villain line, which looks like she could have copy and pasted from the wiki if it actually existed ;)

Alrighty, my votes for the Community choice goes to...
-Dill-Samwich and his Whip line: DAT DETAIL
-Happyapathy and the Sacrificial line: pretty nice concept and I love the use of Aztec weaponry, you never see that anymore :o
-Ganondwarfy and his Bombtech line: loved the idea!
Special mentions to Heavy-Duty and the gear line (loved the design but it reminded me too much of the switchaxes from monster hunter), Dembooti and the Scuttle line (loved the design but i felt like something was missing), The-Knightwalker & Xxpapaya's Love line (nice design!) and Pipochee's Ghostmane line (felt like it needed a bit more color but I loved the concept and basic design).
And good luck to everyone in the contest and the ceremony! I dont think I'll be able to attend thou :x
