EDIT: Getting alot of emails from people who don't know how to upload entries to the wiki.
Just log-in to the wiki, go to the 'Upload File' option under Toolbox on the left side of the page, hit browse and find your entry, then put {{Shoeboxartcontest|Your username}} in the Summary field.
Your username refers to the account you're using to upload the file.
It should then appear on the category page: http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Category:Shoebox%27s_Art_Contest_Entries
If it doesn't, go to 'My Contributions' up in the top right corner of the page, if your image is there but not appearing on the category page, then go to your entry and edit it so it has {{Shoeboxartcontest|Your username}} in it.
If it isn't appearing on your 'My Contributions' page, then it means it hasn't uploaded properly, so try uploading it again.

Oh man I didn't realize my pic that Syor posted would be brought into this. Thanks to my little cousin (Faust23) letting me know this is happening, I'm definitely entering.
However, I was wondering how you'd treat collaborations Shoebox? He had sent me his line art for the ULTRA GRIMDARK 40K SPIRAL ASTARTES to color and we uploaded those just for funsies. Is such a thing not allowed, or can I give all the credit to him (kid needs some crystal energy)? Or should we tell him to man up and color his own damn line-art?

So, I'm just gonna go ahead and say this.
I can't finish the contest.
It's not that I don't want to finish the contest, It's just that I keep getting swamped with week-long events to where I just don't have the time. First it was a family trip to Michigan, then tomorrow I'm going to be doing a mission trip to Dallas, then I'm doing this church camp thing... so I'm kinda busy.
I've been working on this project for about a week straight - literally - (except for sleeping, but I'm 14 so I'm allowed not to have a life), but I'm just lacking time, and lately - energy to keep doing this.
I KINDA DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE SHOEBOX. I'M SORRY BRO.
Anyway, I'd be fine with finishing the artwork if you guys want it, but it'd be quite a bit ways away, and I really wish I could've shown you guys the idea that i had for this, but this is my first digital artwork ever, so It just cant compete with anything that I could do traditionally, so you're just going to have to use your imagination TILL YOU'RE BLUE IN THE FACE.

I feel for the artists finding time to work on their SK art. I still haven't had the time to sculpt or get all the materials I need to turn a plushy into a robot. Think I'll settle for sculpting in Fimo when I get the time.
Meanwhile, I did make another wallpaper art, this time specifically for Shoebox's competition. The first thing I submitted was mostly for filler when there was only a few entries up.
For all the people who have had awful luck with the Alchemy Machine, and for all of our friends from Asia, this wallpaper is for you. It's from my Japanese and Chinese background. I even have mixed chop marks in Japanese for Cat and my chop mark in Chinese. The focal is a Spiral Knights style Maneki Neko, the beckoning cat. He is also called a Sushi Cat or Fortune Cat because you usually see him at the front of MOST Asian restaurants, stores and arcades. The kanji on the treasure box means something like 10 million crowns. Think that comes out to about 190000 CE. Maneki Kat sure thinks big in a cosmic way!

I guess I should've put my question as: @Shoebox? I'll just assume it's what's on the front and not what was debated on the front page.
I suppose either way, I should be able to finish my entry by the dead line but pushing the deadline wouldn't hurt either. I will be able to handle whichever. Also, inferring the submissions are closed right at 12:00 pm on the 10th and not at the end of the 10th.

I'm not sure how Ian is going to feel about SK hentai.
I'm going to extend this competition an extra week, to the 17th of July.
Just because that extra weekend to do stuff should help a lot of you out and give people who recently found the competition time to get their entries done.
Obviously, judging won't be immediate.

I had this image of a human child Spiral Knight with is little Divine Veil helmet, mini Divine Avenger sword, and of course a t-shirt with a Snipe on it.
