Windows Movie Maker isn't included in all versions of windows. There are probably other free editors but the point is that you're required to put effort into editing and encoding now. The videos should be purely for proof but now they should also be for Contri's convenience, apparently.

I left. It took too much time and gave too little. In the end I spent 2-3 hours on playing, editing, encoding, and uploading per game. With school going at full speed ahead and little free time, I'd rather not spend it working on videos I'm not even interested in making. Being able to beat people mostly resulted in judges among others pointing out that I am attracted to men. When I quit, I got called out for "making up excuses" and "ragequitting".

I spend a ton of time with this community and I love it, but the 1v1 subcommunity is far too toxic for me to be able to enjoy at all, quite like the infamous communities of LoL and DotA.
